Just sat in the drive through for 15 min and they turned off all the lights and shut down right as I was about to order. I know its Christmas eve, but come out and tell the people in line that you aren't going to serve them. There were 4 more cars behind me.

Wendy’s forgot straws, forks, sauce, and tortillas chips. They also did not mark any of the four drinks we ordered. Lady offered to have us stop at the Wendy’s in Aztec to pick up the missing items all I asked for was the sauce and tortilla chips. Aztec Wendy only gave the sauce and then stated she did not know if we were trying scam them and refused to give anything else.

Ordered 3 medium Biggie's bags all double stacks, sadly it also seems intentional that my order was the wrong size as well as my drinks.
I will add that the meal was not worth the $25+ spent all while no receipt was given as well as very shotty service from the drive thru.
My self as customer will no longer order from here as my respect for their process has been lost.
Best Wendy’s in Farmington, NM! I really wish the central and west side locations provided service and fresh food the way you guys do! I’m sure this is the flagship store out of all the ones in the 4 Corners area which explains why it’s always so good! The other two locations always close early, serve cold nuggets and fries EVERYTIME on Biggie Bags, always out of lemonade, always out of Frostys. E Main St./English Rd. Wendy’s is the best! Thank you from one single guy struggling to make it, working horrible hours, to you!

Traveled from flora vista to find something to eat around 9:30pm and Taco bell was open but their line was sooo long and barely moving. So I went to McDonald’s and they said they are closed. Went to Wendy’s and they had the sweetest young lady working the drive through. She made sure my nuggets and straw were in the bag. Super calm and sweet. I don’t know her name but she was African American. Keep up the good work, night crew. ?? Wendy’s will be my first pick for a late dinner from now on.

Any worker I’ve ever had to deal with has the worst customer service and attitude. I work in the same industry and I can tell you it’s not that hard to put on a fake smile and treat people decent.
