Any worker I’ve ever had to deal with has the worst customer service and attitude. I work in the same industry and I can tell you it’s not that hard to put on a fake smile and treat people decent.

My family of 4 went to lunch here today. The music was screaming loud and terrible. When asked to turn it down the employee responded with its as low as it goes, we don't know what is wrong with the volume. Yet it got louder at the next song. Why not just shut it off.

I never thought I'll write a review based on a drive through experience. But figured I'll write one anyway. I've never had an employee make me feel so welcome at this establishment. But I give props to Kendell, the best drive-through guy, for being absolutely professional. He helped me out with my order and fixed it when something was wrong. Shout out to you!!! I'll gladly spend my money here.

10 minutes for nuggets. Only 3 people in line at drive through and no line inside. All our other food was cold by the time we got our nuggets. Was looking forward to a cheat day with a Wendy's triple. Cold dinner instead.

Charged me 50 cents for cheese in my chilli, got enough for one bite. The person taking my order didn't even know they had baked potatoes and argued with me over it. I'm pretty easy going, this really spoiled my experience. Glad I don't live in this town and will never have to visit this store again.

Had to wait for freshly cooked chicken for my salad but they offered an alternative so I didn't need to wait but I can't eat anything other than grilled because of my dietary restrictions but they said it would be 5 minutes and I was okay with waiting. I appreciated their offer and honesty.
