First time. Counter girl was friendly. 6 piece combo was decently priced with a huge order of fries and a 20 oz drink. Was enough to feed my wife and I for lunch.

The wings in order suppose to be extra crispy and they came cold and chewy pretty sad cause I know they didn’t get like that from a 15 min drive home ridiculous tried one thought it was jus that one but the second one was just as bad as the first one

I hadn't came in awhile because of the long wait, After a couple months I gave it another try, and it is getting way better. Your wait used to be 45 minutes to an hour, which is ridiculous and your fries were always black from the dirty oil. And this time, the wait was pleasantly under 20 minutes and your fries. We're a normal fry color.. the only thing that sucks is no cash payments. I for one, pay all my bills and whatever I have left. I use it in cash for my takeouts and stuff to not be charging my card. So yeah, hopefully you guys will change it back. It's ridiculous not to take cash.

I was told by one of your workers that one of the reasons was so employees wouldn't steal cash, or you guys wouldn't have to go to the bank. Well, if you can't trust your employees with cash, it's time to get new employees. And not passed the burden to your customers

I want to start off by saying that the young lady in the front this night was not pleasant and didn't greet us. She walked away as I was standing at the register and some young man took the order instead. Also, I used to work at wingstop so I am very understanding amd aware of how much time it takes to cook more chicken and fries if there was any that ran out, but waiting 45 minutes to an hour (or probably even more! I walked in at 10pm and it was 11 something when I left). All for 4 meals is especially unacceptable. I understand that online orders are also a priority, but others that were waiting were getting meals before me and the people I was with. I saw it on the board and we were always next but it kept skipping. I also ordered my fries to be Lemon pepper, and I asked for extra lemon pepper seasoning on the SIDE. I got fries that were heavily salted in lemon pepper to the point where it was unbearable to eat, and my wings were lemon pepper when I ordered mild? I also didn't get the lemon pepper on the side like I asked. When I went up to ask for lemon pepper seasoning, the young lady gave an attitude while telling me I had to pay for it even though I already did. She was so rude even though I was kind after waiting all that time and gave a gentle reminder about the lemon seasoning being missing. Didn't even say goodbye or your welcome when I said thank you. Wingstop means a lot to me n many ways, and I don't want this location to ruin that for me. Please get new employees!! 🙏

Cleanliness is part of customer service. Food and hand prints all over the windows going to the kitchen and chewed up French fries in the baby booster seats where they are stowed away. Owners need to get this business in shape. I won't be back until they decide to keep a cleaner facility

i had made an online order here a few days ago, i waited the estimated time then I went inside and went to go get my order. I went to the register and told the girl that I had to pick up order and she was really rude to begin with. she went to go check on the order, but she was laughing with her coworkers and then she came back to me telling me she was waiting on the fries, I sat down and waited about 20 to 25 minutes. Still, my name wasn’t called. I went up to the register and asked her again if my food was ready and she just looked at me and just said that we’re still waiting on your fries so I sat down again and I saw her put my order on the rack where the orders usually sit, i went back up there and asked if my order was ready yet and she said no, i asked about the recent order put on the rack and she said it wasn’t mine. i walked out and my mom had to go back in for my order. from what my mom said the girl was clueless on her attitude and gave my mom the order, my food was soggy and it just didn’t taste good. i called when i left, but waited for about an hour and no answer. i tried the next day, no answer again. i wouldn’t recommend this place due to their poor service.

Very rude and unprofessional to this Door Dasher twice! Spent 30 minutes in there first time and second time the lady treated like I'm 13, I'm 62!!! If it weren't for the great customer tip I received i would decline all other orders!!! 3rd try you'll get or 3 strikes you're out 😜

Waited an hour for a small order of 8 wings and a chicken sandwich, as we were waiting we literally saw the kitchen staff clean. We watched another group of people order, sit, get there food and leave in the time we were waiting. He staff was inattentive and the food itself was cold and bland once it came out

I ordered online, got there at the time it was supposed to be done. Told to wait 10 MORE minutes. walked 5 steps to the car and the fries were COLD. I called to complain and the “shift lead” named Robin had a nasty attitude, refused to give the name of who could help us and copped an attitude when we stated we didn’t want to have to GO BACK IN. The wings were under cooked and over sauced. This was our first time at this wing stop and definitely the last. The tea was WAY over sweetened had a tacky taste, which tells me that they clearly hadn’t changed it in a while. We will definitely not be coming back to this location.
