We stopped at Esther's on a whim as we were hungry, and not much else was open. We really liked the friendliness of the staff and the food was very good. We shared a huevos ranchero plate, and between the both of us left satisfied. The red sauce was very good!

I was loading cattle in the nearby area and decided to stop here for a bite to eat on my way out to the ranch. I got the Sausage breakfast burrito smothered with the green chilli and it’s honestly one of the best I’ve ever had, for a truck driver who has had a lot of good food throughout the country that’s really saying something. Very kind and friendly staff and just a neat little place. If I’m in the area again I’ll definitely be back.

The selling point of Esther's is the number of locals, all in Wrangler jeans and cowboy hats, eating their favorite plates. While many were dining on cheese burgers and fries, others were enjoying breakfast that is served all day. The hevous rancheros looked delicious. Out cheese burgers were delicious. The burgers came with real, hand cut fries. The meal was hot and filling. Before leaving we made use of their restroom. It was clean and well cared for. As we travel this way throughout the year Esther's will be our go-to eating place.

Stopped for lunch passing through town. I had soup and grilled cheese. Soup was watery and lacked flavor/substance and was served lukewarm. Grilled cheese wasn't really grilled.My friend had the huevos rancheros with green sauce. It looked delcious and she enjoyed it. The beans needed salt, but that was an easy fix.I may have ordered the wrong thing. The locals seemed to love it.

The breakfast burrito with bacon was the star. The green sauce was my favorite. We also got the chicken tender basket. It was made fresh but the batter was a little thicker than we prefer and the fries were a little inconsistently cooked. The chicken in the tenders was very good and everything in the breakfast burrito was perfect. Everything in the burrito was cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly. The owner and staff were very nice and we will be back.

Classic diner, New Mexican emphasis. Homemade tortillas!!! Beans and chilis!Menu is not huge, but everything we tried was great. I had the beef burrito for breakfast. I am glad we waited to get here.Bathroom clean and the music was fine, not loud, just a pleasant background.Nice folks.
