I love visiting Ft Sumner. Every time I go, I wat at Sadie's. The Navajo Taco is something I can't find anywhere else.
Food and service were excellent. prices are very reasonable. You can tell its family owned. You will not be disappointed. Salsa was nice and spicy

Sadies Restaurant was awesome, she had great food and awesome service. A welcome feeling as we sat down. we enjoyed our food and conversation as we shared with Sadie our story. Great place to eat. Hopefully one day to go back and stay a week or two in Fort Sumner

This is a great place. Family owned and operated. It's places like this that make New Mexico a treasure. And eat the rice, I usually dislike Spanish rice but it's extremely good at Sadie's. When a small restaurant in a small town makes you rethink what is tasty you have to give them some appreciation.

There was a hair in my food, I proceeded to tell the server. Instead of apologizing she picked up my plate and looked for it for 5 minutes trying to find the hair. Then she took the plate back and had no communication with me if I wanted anything else. Came out 5 minutes later with the same thing I ordered and still no apology. She then put the plate in front of me and said “ there”. No one apologized. Not an ounce of decency in these folks. Then they still had the audacity to charge me for my plate. Would never recommend to anyone.
