Tonight, I got dinner for my family, which came out to around $50. I also live 30 minutes out of town, so I was very disappointed when I got home to see that not only was every burger we got incorrectly made, but they were also pink and undercooked. Each burger we ordered was different, but whoever made them just gave us 4 of the same burger. Tried to call and let them know, but I can't get through to anyone, so here's my review.

From New Mexico, we love ourselves Blake’s Lotaburger. We recently moved to California, and on the way out we stopped by to get a NM-style combo, a Lota combo with cheese, and a Frito pie, and we’re completely shocked about how fresh and perfectly cooked everything was! This was hands down the best Blake’s we’ve ever eaten and reasonably fast!

Ordered a LOTA burger off the menu which was advertised to be a double burger. It showed it with just on burger pattie. While tasty it was definitely not a double burger as advertised. The Frito pie was basically a salad and contained almost zero chili

My food was good and I ate outside on the picnic tables which was very nice as it was way too hot inside. Staff were busy and seemed a little confused or not in sync with one another. Overall experience was good and I would return.

It was ok... I ordered extra veggies on a Calif type burger, I got 1 leaf of lettuce, two pickles, I think that was a tomato on a very skinny piece of meat, and no cheese??? Idk .

Stood at counter. Two workers looked up but nobody said a word and nobody approached to take my order. Food is usually great but service here is always questionable
I placed an order and when I told the guy we needed to make something a medium that i orderd as a medium on the phone he hung up on me. So we will be going to sonic for dinner instead.

My son came in to order first as my 1 and a half year old granddaughter was asleep in the car. A line started amd when I got in to place my order and the guy taking my order did the hand twirl as to say hurry up were busy. I will never come back to this location as they knew an infant was in the car and still were disrespectful. I had an idea of what I wanted but felt rushed into my order. The people in line understood but the guy taking the order seemed like he had a hot date he wanted to hurry up and get to.
