All I can say is WOW!! Such amazing food and plenty left over for another meal. The chicken and onions were fantastic...and the plantains...best ever. My husband had empanadas which were so good. Everything cooked fresh. Owner was the nicest man. Enjoyed talking to him. Seriously, try this food truck, you won't be sorry.
Ordered the Cuban sandwich. Pleasantly surprised, exceeded expectation ! Suggest patronizing this business..!

What a fabulous road-side (Route 66) diner! We had quesadillas ( 1 beef & 1 chicken) with salad, sour cream & avocado. Beautifully cooked, really, really tasty and served with super friendliness & professionalism. Very, very economically priced too! Overall, excellent service & a strong welcome.
