With yesterday solar eclipse it was a eerie day - temperature from warm to cold in minutes. Seeing good reviews on the Foodtruck we decided to come in eat there - on reviews had 5 stars on the jerk chicken meal - order that and was sold out - so I order 2 orders sautéed steak n onions with rice n beans and plaintains.....oh my so so good! The plantains so good - you have to try this and potatoes salad. Treacle Tart is good - Mango juice and Passon Fruit juice with a small dice of lime in it - so good - Carribian food.Jose is a friendly guy - can have conversation all day with him.Located at the park - there's tables under awnings so it's a nice place to eat at the park. Recommend you will love the food.Parking: Foodtruck is located at the park, there plenty of free parking there.

Pit stop while travelling. Husband and I each had jerk chicken - excellent and massive portions. Highly recommend. Ate it at adjacent city park under shade. Nearby was a mining museum, but had no time to check it out. Good stop to stretch and replenish.

Excellent Caribbean food. I was on my way to Arizona and it’s been the best food that I had so far.
Don't waste your time at the fast food joints.For about the same money you can have great quality food that not only taste great, but doesn't make you feel bad after eating it.Wish we would have found this food truck/fine restaurant sooner on our stay in Grant's,New Mexico.

Really good. Had jerk chicken with rice and potato salad. Huge portions and guy was awesome. Comped me a flan. Nice park to wait for food. I didn't get them but saw chef make an order of loaded fries which looked awesome.
Had a great lunch for four people. We all ordered different items and they were great! So much flavor!
