It's always something with this KFC. Last time they had no chicken.. the time before that they had nothing and closed at 6.
Now today they have no plates. At least they have food.. we have to buy plates from the dollar store and bring them in here to use.. lol.

Was trying to get an online deal and not only did they not help they made it seem like they don't care about anyone. The stupid app tried charging me and I never got the food I was willing to pay full price for.

During my latest visit, both my mom and I commented that this was one of the best visits we had had at any kfc. The tenders were perfectly crispy yet juicy and full of flavor, the fries were nice and crispy and the biscuit was very flavorful! Mom also had the coleslaw and she said it was very good. Great visit!

Waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes before anyone answered. 30 minute wait for food. They locked the doors an hour before closing time. Still waiting for my food!!

I ordered the mac and cheese, and there was the longest black hair I've even seen in my food. I also ordered nuggets, and they forgot to give them to me entirely. DO NOT go here. They have gone downhill, and its not worth the terrible customer service or hairs in your food.

Really disappointing experience. No jelly for the biscuit, just one sad-looking butter packet thrown in. The service was painfully slow, and they even missed a piece of chicken in my order. Honestly, I couldn’t tell what anyone behind the counter was doing. The customer behind me had to send their food back twice and looked just as frustrated. Definitely not a place I’d return to.

I would have taken pictures, but we were hungry and before we knew it ate every piece. Coming from out of state, it was nice to be surprised how fresh and delicious the food is. The staff is very kind and welcoming. Orders were out in a good time and everything tastes great! Phx, AZ KFC needs to get training from this location! Restaurant is clean, fountain drink machine is clean. Parking lot is even clean. Restroom was very clean. The staff works great together, it was nice to see them help and appreciate each other. This is the atmosphere that existed before the pandemic. It made our family experience wonderful! Also, Chicken & waffles! They taste so good!!!! I hope they keep it on the menu! This restaurant has a great team, DELICIOUS food and is very clean. This will now be a regular stop when traveling as we do so often. Thank you 😁

All the food was delicious. Service was very good and everyone was very friendly. Had 3 different employees say hello and ate in and the employees were equally friendly to other customers. The Lucy was cleaned and well maintained and very inviting overall. Prices are also great!!! Cheaper than a burger and fries at McDonald's!!! My total for two pieces of chicken, a side and a biscuit plus a large Dr. Pepper was under $7 with tax!!!

I was making an order through the drive through and I wanted two items, a 12 piece order of the original recipe and a pot pie. I was told they didn't have any pot pies and there was a 25 minute wait for the original recipe chicken. I was not happy with the manager telling me that. He was the one taking orders. I questioned why the wait and he said the orders ahead of me had put in large orders. I asked why weren't they better prepared to serve their customers? Also at busy time of the evening when people get food for dinner(the time was 6:10pm)I also asked to be compensated for the 25 minute wait which at first he didn't want to do. (I asked for 10% discount, which he decided to do.) As I pulled up I decided not to keep my order, mainly for the uncertainty of my food being spit into or not handled properly. Not to say the employees would do this, but you never know. During a rush hour, fast food establishments should be better prepared to serve customers. We are the ones deciding to to choose your establishment because we like the food. NOTHING IS WORSE THAN BEING TOLD THAT OUR ITEM IS NOT AVAILABLE AND THERE IS A HALF HOUR WAIT! Hopefully this doesn't happen too often. My advice, serve your Grants customers better! We are the patrons keeping your business open. Thank you.

Not one person at this restaurant knows how to show initiative, 45 minutes for some fast food chicken is unacceptable this restaurant dose not deserve a second chance, it should just close its doors.
