This KFC in Grants has the slowest service ever. It literally takes 30 to 34 minutes for them to get a drive-thru order out if you're lucky. And with all that time, you think they would get your order right. Not so, always short you something if it's a large order. They suck at this place. Plus, your food is usually cold by the time you do get it since it sits on a counter so long while they try to figure things out

I went in today after I placed a mobile order. I walked in and asked if it was ready, was told no. So I sat down and I left my phone in the car so I just people watched. I watched 4 separate families walk in order AND receive their food before I was struck with the fact that I was being skipped. I walked up to the cashier and asked if mine was close to being ready. He said no, then another co-worker said, "Oh yeah, it's right here!" he pulls out the bag, and as I check the time stamp, it has been sitting for over 25 minutes. I ordered MOBILE. there's an empty rack where they place mobile orders, but somehow, mine missed that rack. The manager was called over, and she was nice enough to have my meal remade. I waited an extra 15 min for it to come home and realize in my anger before I left, they never gave me my drinks. Once I got home and opened up my meals, one was completely wrong, and the other was COLD. It was clear they didn't "re cook" my meals, but better yet, swapped a few items. I expect when I use mobile pickup for my order to be faster than 4 other families ordering boxes of chicken when all I got was 2 boxes of tenders. Ridiculous service. Will be my last time giving this establishment business.

Ordered an 8 piece dinner extra crispy & nuggets, was told the wait would be about 15 minutes. Not a problem since it took over 20 minutes to get to the window with 2 cars ahead of me. I would have rated the service higher but getting home and not one condiment (specifically the KFC sauce) really sucked.

This is the best KFC I’ve ever been congratulations to the manager and her team! Absolutely clean and delicious! You should train all the other stores! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!
Pulled up to this KFC just as they were closing the doors for dine-in. I think they might have had a problem with the front cash register. The manager was wonderful and let my 83 year-old parents and me come inside to eat when she found out that we had been on the road all day and were traveling through.She told us to come in and she would ring us up through the drive-through. She and her staff were very accommodating in getting us our dinner and giving us someplace to eat and rest for a little bit.

I had a good dinner after watching a movie. The chicken was good and my nephew loved the mac n cheese and mash potatoes with gravy.
The staff is very nice n I was welcomed with warm heart but sadly I’ve been throwing up none stop I have very bad stomach pain and ache and I am very sick I didn’t eat nothing all day but kfc and since that meal I’ve been in terrible state please be aware I really don’t wish this pain on

Good luck on ever getting your correct. It's hard for them to complete the order even if they repeat it back to you. Apparently French fries means mashed potatoes and gravy.

Amanda Sandoval has done an amazing job with the welcomed change. The food was great. Everyone there it was their first day. All because she had to bring in a whole new staff. So if anyone has had any issues with KFC in the past. They should go again, it's much better.

Beware of employees overcharging. I go every Tuesday and get 2 fried steak specials and pay 10.74. Today got the same and was charged 14.04. Blame it on new staff or could it be theft? ??♂️
