My online experience to order from pizza hut was traumatic at very best. I spent a half an hour to forty five minutes trying to get the order right. But the order got so screwed up that I didn't get a pizza melt that I wanted.I I thought because of the trouble I had trying to make an order that got so screwed up it wasn't even funny that maybe the manager would send me the pizza melt that I wanted. He said he would but no one showed. Not only am I never going to order online but I'm never going to get pizza at pizza hut again. There are plenty of other pizza places that are much better than this sad excuse of a pizza place. Say what you want in reply, because this pizza place, and I use the term loosely, is a joke.

Very good place, the manager attended to us personally and despite not knowing our language she tried her best and finally knew what we wanted, the food didn't take long to arrive and the prices are affordable, so I highly recommend it. Thank you.

Rating at one star because of the call service. No personal touch. Pizza Hut needs to hire a person to answer the phone locally. It's better to go to the store and place your order. The pizza is consistent. And good.

I actually chose grants pizza hut over gallup. It was pleasant, fast service, very nice staff and not crowded. The pizza was what you expected.Parking: The parking lot is off the street and easy to get on the street, some in the front by the door and more in the back.Wheelchair accessibility: Inside is roomy enough for wheelchair, even to the restroom

It’s been years since we visited this location of Pizza Hut. We had poor experiences in the past, stingy with toppings, sauce, and very poor customer service. Last night we wanted the Pizza Hut taste and decided to give this location a try, again. We ordered 4 Pizzas, 3 Pan and 1 Stuffed crust. When we picked up our order they forgot our Stuffed Crust and I thought uh oh here we go! The lady handling our order apologized and asked us to give them 7 mins. So we did. Seven minutes later we had all 4 pizzas and they looked delicious. The lady who was cashing us out and the lady making our pizzas apologized and thanked us for waiting. I appreciated that. I figured our forgotten pizza was going to be “rushed” looking. But all 4 pizzas were beautiful! They were full of toppings and the perfect amount of sauce! I am glad we gave this location another shot. I hope they continue to keep up their good pizzas. As a kid raised in the 90’s Pizza Hut will always hold a special place in my heart.

Dear Pizza Hut Team,This place is disgusting. I have found black particles in my cup, which was not correctly cleaned. The tables are dirty and smell like vinegar. Because of the stickiness of the tables you are unable to put your arms on the table without throwing up.
