I stopped at Rosie's Cafe in Grants, NM on my way from Albuquerque heading to Phoenix. You may get plasticware and a paper plate to eat on, but it doesn't matter, because the food is amazing! I had the cheese enchiladas, an egg on top with papitas, beans & red chile. The red chile was great, the server said her mom makes it and it was very much traditional New Mexico style. Wow, everything about this place was incredible. The customer service was great. We were greeted and sat immediately. The food arrived quickly and was warm and fresh. The food and drinks were incredible. My kids are picky and tend to waste their food when we eat out, but they had every bite. We will definitely stop again when we come back through the area!

Happy, wholesome place.
I had a stuffed soapilla with shredded beef and green chile. The crust is solid and it's incredibly fluffy.
