Super thankful for such a great little place to stop for breakfast on our way across New Mexico! Portions were generous, food was fresh and yummy, and we were able to find plenty on the menu that worked with our dietary restrictions (gluten/dairy free).

We are from Arizona and have delicious Mexican food back home. However, we were not disappointed at all with the delicious Mexican food we had for lunch.

The guacamole is exceptional and fresh. The taco plate was delicious with large servings of rice and beans. However, you are really missing out if you don't get the mouth watering Birria tacos. Better than any we have had in both Arizona and Mexico!

You will not be disappointed eating...

Rosie’s has the best breakfast burritos in town, hands down. The potatoes are always cooked all the way, the bacon is never tough and chewy, and the burritos are HUGE! One burrito is good for a couple of meals. I personally love their biscuit and gravy breakfast burrito. If you’re not a breakfast burrito fan, they have plenty of other delicious options.
