THE BURGERS WHERE COLD, FRIES WHERE COLD & OUR 44OZ STRAWBERRY LIME AIDS WHERE WATERY & DISGUSTING. I CALLED TO TALK TO A MANGER & SHE WAS RUDE & DID NOT CARE WHAT I HAD TO SAY. THAT PLACE NEEDS TO GET SHUT DOWN. WASTE OF MY MONEY & I WILL BE COMPLAINING TO MANY CORP ABOUT THIS PLACE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK WHEN I GO BACK INTO GRANTS N.M THE ONLY PLACE I HAVE EVER GONE TO GET FOOD. AND BY THE WAY TRAIN YOUR MANGERS TO HANDLE THIS KIND OF SITUATION INSTEAD OF BEING RUDE. NOT EVEN MY DOGS WANTED THAT FOOD. DISGUSTING, POOR SERVICE & STAFF ALSO NEEDS MORE TRAINING. COMPLETELY DISGUSTING. 0 RATE FOR ME. POOR SERVICE CLOSE THAT PLACE DOWN IMMEDIATELY.

I had a very bad experience at this location. I was parked at a stall and placed my order, but the employee forgot one of the milkshakes. When I gave my debit card, she said it would take a while to process. She later came back and said their system was down.
Then the manager came out and asked for the food back, claiming my card was declined. I explained that the employee had already told me their system was down, so that didn’t make sense. The situation escalated and the manager even threatened to call the police.
At that point, I returned the food and left. I later contacted customer service and filed a complaint. This was very poor customer service and extremely unprofessional. I hope this location improves how they treat customers.

We were pleasantly surprised with the exceptional service and food at the Raton Sonic drive in. The foot long conie dog was delicious even as it cooled down with a pleasant chili sauce. The chicken tenders are made from real breast meat dipped in a batter that is not too thin and not too thick. The strawberry shakes can easily be shared and we went back for more, 2 times.

I really don't go there for the food, its not very good. I go for their drinks, love a cherry lime-aid or a ocean water, the only food recommendations I would give is their chili cheese tots and mozzarella sticks, they're fair.

My experience was lackluster and I didnt like the fact my ice cream was not filled to the top and the amount of M&M's was minuscule. I felt ripped off compared to other locations I've visited. The cashier was nice.

DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE This is not the place for a good meal! So sloppy and poor presentation. Ordered a breakfast burrito looks absolutely NOTHING like what is presented on the menu/app.

Bought a kids meal for granddaughter I trusted the restaurant to give her a good milk turns out it was a week old and now I have a sick child she's been throwing up I was wondering what happened and I check the date on the milk and it was a week old never eating there again.

If I could give 0 I would. Worst customer service from a manager I have ever seen and I worked in fast food for almost 10 years. Messed up our burrito. Refused to refund without bringing it back. So I said if I bring it back I’m bringing back the whole order for a refund and then she refused to refund the entire order and called the cops cuz she felt “threatened”. And wanted to play the victim when she was rude as hell Everytime with my girlfriend who was trying to be sweet about the entire deal because she worked for sonic and knows that needing to return the burrito for a refund is a lie.
An absolute joke of a restaurant and a joke of a manager.
