Bought a kids meal for granddaughter I trusted the restaurant to give her a good milk turns out it was a week old and now I have a sick child she's been throwing up I was wondering what happened and I check the date on the milk and it was a week old never eating there again.

If I could give 0 I would. Worst customer service from a manager I have ever seen and I worked in fast food for almost 10 years. Messed up our burrito. Refused to refund without bringing it back. So I said if I bring it back I’m bringing back the whole order for a refund and then she refused to refund the entire order and called the cops cuz she felt “threatened”. And wanted to play the victim when she was rude as hell Everytime with my girlfriend who was trying to be sweet about the entire deal because she worked for sonic and knows that needing to return the burrito for a refund is a lie.

Definitely the woman lacks a little kindness and better concept about what CUSTOMER SERVICE is about, we don’t speak Spanish well and I think she gave us a very bad attention, there are many tourists in the area. You should have a little more empathy

It's not hard to cook a kids cheeseburger but to get it twice and the burger both times has no cheese. The burger was also very dry. The third time they finally got OK. Oh and this is to sonic Corp. kids most of the time don't like mustard. Extra ketchup even pickles it's just like McDonald's with onions in kids burgers. Oh well, I suggest getting a gas station hotdog.

Had a double smasher. Not at all tasty. Worst burger out the there. Fries were not good either.
Terrible place. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. We wait over 20 minutes for our order. And when we received it, the food was cold. I’m certain the food was ready but sat there for a while. When I let the staff know they blamed everything on their fryer and was very rude about it.

It used to be a good place to get food and get the correct items you order. The last 5 visits, I've ordered sweet tea. I've received regular tea 4/5 times. Tonight, along with the tea, I ordered 2 Dr peppers. One of which was a coke. I order on the app. So I don't understand how there's a miscommunication in drink orders. Also with no explanation as to why I'm receiving regular tea. I understand once or twice. But this is a consistent issue.
