“Whenever I travel past this Subway, I stop. The service is great. Staff is friendly. Food ways hits the spot. The place is clean. When I asked where the tip jar was, I was told they can no longer accept tip money. I asked if I could use my credit card to leave a tip and was told they will NOT get it. The company/owner keeps it. WTH! I have no idea when this actually started but that is just wrong. I hope by me posting this, Subway will reconsider their tip policy. I will still visit this location when I travel thru but before ordering, I will definitely ask if I can leave a monetary tip.“
“I stood waiting to pick up my order, one staff was assisting customers. The other was cleaning. The one cleaning the slicer would not acknowledge me at all. It was an online order that was ready and paid for. She could have simply asked if I was there for an order and hand it to me. But I had to wait for the other staff to finish with the other customers. The bread was not what I ordered. Everything else was good.“
