I stood waiting to pick up my order, one staff was assisting customers. The other was cleaning. The one cleaning the slicer would not acknowledge me at all. It was an online order that was ready and paid for. She could have simply asked if I was there for an order and hand it to me. But I had to wait for the other staff to finish with the other customers. The bread was not what I ordered. Everything else was good.
Saw 1 worker, Icsis, take charge in giving excellent customer service! Fixed an Order before us, fixed our Order and made sure the rest was great! Thank you to her we had a great lunch!
We stopped for the night in Grants and could find very few places to eat. We settled on Subway which was close to our motel. The service was immediate and top notch and the sandwiches were the best Subway I have ever had. I hope this place thrives in the future. It’s got all the right things going on. ???
