Computer was down but said they could still sever us. So we waited for 15 min to get drinks. Our waitress was quite but nice. Food took a long time to come out then waited 20 min after we ate for the check. We got tired of waiting so went up to the front to try and pay. We were meet with the gm who was extremely rude and unhelpful. We tried to ask him a question but instead of answering he rolled his eyes and said have a good day with a horrible look on his face. So overall our lunch was problematic but ok. The gm is the reason we won't be back!

We were welcomed and seated quickly. The place was clean, the atmosphere was nice, and the service was good. The only downside was that our burger was a bit dry, but overall it was a good experience.

I dont know who the manager with the tattoo of a father behind his ear is, but he did not let me finish telling him all I wanted was our caso and chips before you took all of our food and stormed off! So we can no food AT ALL.

Terrible service, restaurant was not busy still waited 15 minutes for a server. Ordered all you can eat and rib frozen. Four managers on duty and not one tried to help, 2 male managers were too busy playing around with the servers.

Horrible service! The server was upset cause she had to clean the table! Not my fault you work there. Then makes us wait for over 30 minutes to bring us menus. Lastly she said she wasn't going to serve us alcohol cause we were intoxicated. We had just gotten up to eat dinner. The incompetent manager then proceeds to tell us that based of that she felt u comfortable serving us.
Second time they have messed up my order for pick up still haven’t received a refund and supposedly I’m getting another refund today. If you don’t wanna work there go find a different job just don’t make everybody else’s life hard. The servers are really sweet. The kitchen is ran by People that don’t care

2 male friends of mine came in tonight to eat at your restaurant and no one greeted them or waited on them. They waited 20 minutes and the waitresses walked right past them multiple times. This is unacceptable!!!! It was not that busy so that story can’t be used!! I say boycott Applebees people.
