Celebrating a 1 year wedding anniversary. The waitress only saw us when she took our order. Chips and artichoke dip took 15 to 20 minutes to be delivered to our table. Our two glasses of sweet tea were never refilled. Only saw the manager as soon as we sat down. Larger parties were taken care of before people who where here before them. We have been here an hour before the party in front of us and ordered dessert as soon as our main course arrived. 30 minutes later with no dessert, but the party beside us got their food within 15 minutes.

Was definitely the worst experience I ever had . The chip and dip that came out was not good chips old the dip was cold. When they brought out the food the chicken was burnt dry. They forgot my son’s food had to remind them it was missing. My son did not wanna eat his yogurt and strawberries I was wondering why it was bc the yogurt was rotten spoiled. Definitely won’t be going back there

Food was okay, had to wait 10 minutes to get our silverware after we received our appetizers. Our server looked a bit out of it last night. Just slow service.
The time we visited 6:00-6:45PM Dec, 18th 2025 last booth in right hand corner when you walk in with the basketball team photo in the back of the booth by the bathrooms.

This applebee's was was busy when we got in. Our waitress was amazing she checked on us and let us know that the kitchen backed up but our food was almost done. She made sure we had our drinks toped off never walked away from the table empty handed.

I’m sitting here asking myself the question how many bad reviews is it going to take for whoever owns this establishment to improve this place. I’m thinking this is a franchise although I could be wrong. To the owner…….if you’re reading this……quit serving freezer burned stale food. Waitress was great, but the food was terrible. Cmon man get it together!

Got seated and waited about 30 minutes to get attended. Our waiter was new but we loved him and nothing about this is his fault! But we then waited another 30-40 minutes to get our food and for it to be cold. Talked to the manager and he said the best he could do was give us 20% off when we didn’t eat. Paid and was getting in our vehicle and saw the manager through the window trying some of our wings! So disgusting.

If I could leave a zero I would and let me just tell you Mayra was the worst we were visiting from out of town and she was rude from the start to the point we closed out and then tried to order again because she kept ignoring us and then said we had too much to drink when others had way more and told us to leave and after speaking with the “general manager” she said it was policy to not be able to re open a tab no that was a direct hit and absolute racism because others had even offered to pay our tab now one person but 3! That says a lot that we were not the issue and still Refused! I would not come to this location ever! Mind you some of us were from Out of town and one was a regular that even offered and knew Mayra personally and skill got denied service and the manager Ashley handled the situation so poorly don’t waste your time or money on on this place the worst
Food is hit or miss. Last time I got the blonde brownie I had to saw into it with my knife just to be able to eat it.

Computer was down but said they could still sever us. So we waited for 15 min to get drinks. Our waitress was quite but nice. Food took a long time to come out then waited 20 min after we ate for the check. We got tired of waiting so went up to the front to try and pay. We were meet with the gm who was extremely rude and unhelpful. We tried to ask him a question but instead of answering he rolled his eyes and said have a good day with a horrible look on his face. So overall our lunch was problematic but ok. The gm is the reason we won't be back!

We were welcomed and seated quickly. The place was clean, the atmosphere was nice, and the service was good. The only downside was that our burger was a bit dry, but overall it was a good experience.
