A couple days ago We were coming to the drive thru and a girl with a taller dude w dreads were having secs outside it was absolutely disturbing and the next day a huge cloud of smoke coming from a girl with green hair in the side of the restaurant

Very bad service. Rude employees. Place was dirty. Almost every table was needed to be wiped down. When the food came it was almost cold and my burger only had a patty even though I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. I was very disappointed. Do NOT recommend.

Ridiculous!! Tried to order at Hobbs Arby's and no one answered the intercom. So we drove up to the window and saw a young man and a young lady working yet no one answered. We were watching them for about a minute or so and within that minute we see the young man who looked very agitated, throw a tray across the counter. When they finally realized some one was at their window, the young lady looked at us and walked away. As the young man angrily walk to the window he slung the window open. By then I was NOT going to place an order with his ugly attitude. As we drove off he slammed the window so hard it made me slam my brakes because I thought he threw something out. This is horrible and uncalled for. There are so many bad reviews on this restaurant, something needs to be done. Very disappointed!!

Just went through drive through, no one answered. Me and my mother thought they didn't hear us so we pulled further up. When we got there we saw a young man who was already in a bad mood and throwing stuff around, we were about to leave when he slammed the drive through window open and scared both me and my mom with the force of the slam, and So we just drove off.
