We ordered a fish and shrimp platter and it just tasted like straight oil. The cashier did her best but I could tell she was new. The guy putting the food in the bags was wiping his bare hands on his nose and then still touching the food. Took about 15 minutes to get our food. We got 2 burgers and they were dry and soggy at the same time. Dry meat and soggy bread. No condiments even though we asked for some. All in all wasted worth of the money we spent. Would rather have a refund

This is by far our favorite LJS location. Compared to other locations, the food here is much less greasy. All of the food has a nice golden color instead of dark brown caused by old oil. Staff is always friendly. But, the parking lot needs a lot of work!

Awful food. When traveling, it's nice to get a decent meal. Burgers were cold. My spouses burger order wasn't right. Sonic would have been better.
I realize with covid things are harder to get... But if you're business revolves around root beer, you'd think it would be a priority not to run out of root beer. Stopped in today at 5:55pm to buy a large root beer and was very rudely told that they were out of root beer.
