The store is under new management and we are beyond impressed. The store runs very efficiently with fast and friendly service. The manager is very kind, welcoming and hospitable.

Very disappointed very few flavors no chocolate or strawberry. They had a flavor I hadn’t had before for and wanted to try it before buying they said they couldn’t let me.

We spent $13 on a waterline chocolate shake and 1 scoop of ice cream in a sugar cone. They didn't even fill the cone, just placed the scoop on top🙃 Not the ice cream experience you'd expect from an ice cream shop. Very disappointed!!

Bad staff, I was overcharged for 2 scoops of ice cream and was given it in two separate bowls instead of one. . . Very disappointed. I paid $10 VS what should have been less. . .

How can you be an ice cream shop and NOT have hot fudge and no chocolate ice cream. You’re suppose to be America’s favorite ice cream shop. Wait, you still are. Just not this place. Not the Baskin-Robbin’s in Hobbs, NM. Definitely will not be recommending the public not to visit here.

I don’t know how this place even has one star we ordered a DoorDash, which is a mud pie and they gave us some kind of a mini Burrito. We spent $30 for a mini burrito and the little kid that answered the phone was a jerk.

Thank you to the others for the heads up on bad customer service and no support from management. I am traveling and visiting family, and will take our business elsewhere.

Will not be back and will be filing a complaint with the corporate office if I can't reach an owner. Went in at 8:30pm and all ice cream but chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry put away to clean. Son got chocolate which she handed him in a cup and no spoon, but the husband and I decided to get prepacked pints. Girl comes over and checks us out then walks off. I then said "are you not going to sack this?" She grabbed a big donut sack for the dozen boxes and I said "do you not have a paper bag to put these in?" She then sets the bag on the counter and walks off. I then sacked it and got the two spoons for us. I asked another worker who the manager was and he said he was (he looked like same age as the teenage girl) so I told him that we had just gotten the rudest service there ever. He then said, "well that is up to her." I said, "EXCUSE ME?" He then replied "I guess I can say something to her." I told him I would be calling corporate. He said, "what ever". We will not go back with this management and staff. Some real training needs to be done and I would be happy to do it. We can get out ice cream at the store!

Wheelchair accessibility: Just don't go. They are rude and have no manners.

We were told we couldn’t dine in to eat our ice cream so they could clean 30mins before closing, they had also removed all the ice cream already so we couldn’t get any to go either.

My husband and I have been a few of times to get ice cream, but will not go back. The first time we went, they were out of waffle cones, which, okay, is not the end of the world. (Although it does seem like an available problem - if you see you're running out and it takes 20 minutes to make them, maybe get on that? It didn't give me a good impression.) So we got bowls instead. The ice cream itself was good. The second time we went, they were "open" but for some reason were not allowing people to come inside. There was a sign on the door directing people to go through the drive through. Nope. We'd gone out to sit down and eat ice cream, not eat it in our car. If we just wanted ice cream we could have gotten some at the grocery store. The point was to go out of the house and sit down and talk, etc.For some reason, we tried again a few days ago, and we stood in front of the ice cream counter for about five minutes before anyone even acknowledged our presence. Then, all they said was "We'll be with you in a moment." There were about 4-5 employees, and they were all "too busy" to serve customers, so we left after a few more minutes. It's upsetting to see the lack of motivation and the lack of competency. We went to BFF Yogurt (formerly Cherry Berry) which had only one employee out front and were greeted and served immediately. They will get our business from now on.
