That has to be some of the WORST brisket I ever had. It wasn't even done.The fat had not even rendered....at all. You couldn't even pull it apart. My wife's turkey looked like it was Oscar Meyer.
That was simply horrable.

I accidentally placed my order for carry out and didn’t have a ride available from my hotel. I called and they were very helpful getting the original order reversed. When the delivery arrived, the food was still warm and tasty. Great bbq and sides. No upcharge for sauce, pickles, onions, etc. Great value.

The BBQ was outstanding—tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. I particularly enjoyed their brisket and the house-made sauces added a delicious kick.

The sides were equally impressive; the mac and cheese was creamy and the baked beans were perfect.

The staff was friendly and attentive, I can't wait to return and try more of their mouthwatering dishes. Highly recommend Bovine and Swine BBQ to anyone looking for a top-notch BBQ experience!

all of the meat was very dry. I had the brisket, and the pulled pork and the sausage. The sauce was the only thing that saved the meat. Now the pizza side of this place had amazing pizza for the area. The pizza side is 5 stars for the area
