The place was nice, not too busy, and the staff was very helpful on what I should pick.... the portions were a bit small for the price, but it was very good food.Parking: Shared parking lot with Albertsons

If you r picky about your meats these guys give you a choice of the brisket you desire. The sides are very tasty and generous. At first I hesitated to enter the establishment, having dismissed it several times. It looks like a pizza buffet party place from the outside. LOLThe food is legit, you won't regret it. ??

B&S offers items (huckleberry and bison sausage) that are not available, and charges extra for this item! Classic bait and switch, quite arbitrary. Stay far away from this place!!!UPDATE: This is not the correct Bovine & Swine. My experience was with B&S in Wyoming. My apologies!

Ordered food to go. Went in to pick it up. The food was absolutely the worst bbq I've ever had. The sausage had a grey tint to it and it tasted like it was boiled and sat in the water. The chopped brisket was terrible and the sauce they mixed it with made it taste worse. The scalloped potatoes tasted like a box mix. The baked beans were good until they threw in chunks of nasty sausage in it. The pulled pork was bland and the ribs were very dry. The only thing with actual flavor was the green beans. My family literally threw away our dinner and didn't eat it all. It was a complete waste of $85. I will never recommend this place and we will never be back.

Never was some food that you’d run out and tell everyone how good it was….but this will be the last time for me. The only thing that didn’t suck complete buttcheeks was the two pieces of sliced bread. Ribs had been frozen and thawed frozen again and thawed….never have I ever had meat with such a mushy texture. Corn sucked and it’s hard to mess up corn on the cob……green beans had so much pepper…….all of this leads me to the conclusion that this stuff is being served well beyond its peak freshness. Where does somebody get off thinking they can serve leftover barbecue for 15+ a plate? If this is the best you can do……it’s time to shut er down……which is sad cause dickies sucks too……be better off at grocery store getting the packaged heat and eat barbecue for half the price.

Not much of a place to look at, but we came for the ribs to take out. Got the full slab dinner combo that includes 2 pint sizes for $40. Ribs are pul off the bone flavorful fry rubbed. They have a sweet and zesty or a mild sauce that you put on. Sides were ok but the pork and beans were excellent with some meat in the mix.

Two things this place had against it to start with1. I'm from Texas2. I'm also a member of Lone Star BBQ Society, and competitorSo I'll start with the staff.... Absolutely wonderful. The place was clean and well kept. The food.... I ordered the 3 meat plateSliced brisket, pulled pork, sausage, with coleslaw and green beansThe brisket was dry and crumbly and greasy all in one slice. Zero flavor, zero bark, zero starsThe pulled pork was dry. Zero flavor, zero starsSausage was..... If I had to guess, it appeared at be Eckrich out the package, and had been sitting long enough it lost its color. Zero starsColeslaw was floating in its dressing, and was soft.Green beans, well they were half decent actually.... Half starThe unsweet tea was top notch!!I work in the area, thus I am always on the lookout for good food, but I've got to say I should have passed this place up.I've got to agree with others, Dickey's here in Hobbs is A FAIL as well, but it is deff better.
