No hostess to be found. There was a line of confused people waiting for online orders. We sat ourselves down at one of the few clean tables (literally 75% of them had leftover food and drinks and were not cleaned) and soon after we were told we couldn't sit ourselves and that the wait would be 45 minutes for a table. There were only 6 tables with people sitting at them. We left the restaurant soon after. Not sure if this BWW is a franchise or not but this location either needs new management or needs to be shutdown.

The service at this place has gone down. I ordered online, and my wait was 2 hours. When I got my food it’s was horrible and had feathers on the wings although the staff was really trying hard to help everyone it was a long wait not their fault they need help the food was not good I’m sure because they were so behind.

We had to wait 1 hour when they told us only 20min. Bartenders were very rude and would not serve us. As well as the bartender threw a tray at my cousin.

Walked in and there are 12 empty tables and only 2 tables with people in the front section and we are told they only have 2 servers in front section so personal servers per table???? And that there is a waitlist yet there is no one in site waiting anyiwhere inside or outside for a table. So basically we were told to stand at front table looking at 12 empty tables. Don’t waste your time with this place. Apparently understaffed and rude manager on a Friday night.

I used to really like the boneless wings here, but lately the experiences have been disappointing. The place is very dirty, customer service is poor, and they don’t care if they seat you at a dirty table with dirty menus. Yesterday we gave them another chance, but it was the same: dirty restaurant, long wait to be seated, filthy table and menus, and no attention from the server. We decided to leave.

The place is very dirty, they give you dirty tables, garbage everywhere, they don't pick up the tables, the seats are dirty, the payment machine is disgustingly dirty, and it takes them a long time to serve you and give you the food, they don't have anyone in front of them serving you
