Empty restaurant, still had to wait 25 minutes. Fries were beyond cold. The server that attended our table was friendly and did a good job, for whatever reason one of our meals didn’t come till we asked for the check.
Hands down the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have been to. This was my 5th visit and over the. Spans of 6 years and I’m just gonna go somewhere else.

2.9 is overrated here. Walked in, never greeted, went to bar to order. Employees saw us, chose to disregard us as they were too busy talking. Floor was slippery, could have fallen. Bartender was not cordial at all, never once said hello, took our order. Food on floor, tables not cleaned off from the time we entered until we left. Wanted to see in kitchen!! Bathrooms filthy, I mean c’mon BWW, do you care? This place needs to be shut down. I’d have given zero stars except for food, it was not as good as other BWW’s I frequent. Tip reflected poor service, sorry, earned it. I’ll be getting a hold of corporate, bank on that. DO NOT EAT here folks!!! Smelled awful to boot. Wish I was making this up as I’m a fan of BWW.

Experience was horrible. Only had one waiter wait a section while all the other employees stayed in the back… when asked for a manager no manager came to see what the problem was. Instead she just turned the corner to see who it was. As working in the restaurant industry myself this is unprofessional!! As well as the horrific smell of the grease as if it has not been changed in a great while. Our waiter did what he could even said he was able to give a discount. It was for the manager to solve the problem not the waiter! As for the other employees that stayed in the back chit chatting could of helped run trays! Food came out cold. I would not recommend!

Burnt chips, cold queso, and out of most beer on tap and the ones that weren’t were nothing but foam. Bar tender was cool though and did a good job.
This place was the nastiest food and service beer was hot tasted flat the food was horrible couldn’t even eat the wings they were like a week out or they just threw a bunch of old ones together none tasted the same 🤔or something burger bun was hard never again will I spend a dime in this establishment

Waiter wasn't very attentive. Took a while to come back to get food ordered. Then the food was pretty sad. Burger for one person was burnt, bacon patty and bun. And the chicken Caesar salad was the most pathetic I've had anywhere. Chicken was basic and bland and just shredded lettuce with almost no dressing.
