All of our food was cold. The wings were tiny and the waiter didn't bring my beer until after the food showed up. The place was half empty so they weren't busy. Terrible service.

Terrible service, the waiter was super out of place, he took our order and one of the drink had a bug inside. He brought the appetizer with literally half of the tray. Then after like 45 minutes he came and he said he lost our order 🤦♂️. The place was super dirty and the lobby wasn't even packed it was like half or less capacity. We just decided to leave.
This is by far the worse BWW and it’s been for a while now. I’m surprised it’s still in business. It’s filthy and ran down. Walked in 3 employees sitting down and only one waiter taking and delivering orders. There was a seed in my beer glass. The chairs and tables are unbalanced. That place needs to be shut down and reopened under new management.

We left, I am a tourist and they did not accept my visa as official identification. The waiter asked me for an American license (if I'm not or don't live here, how can I have American documentation? We prefer to go somewhere else.
