HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and only got one and went back inside and took my receipt and got told I was lying!! Then the manager proceeds to talk trash about us in Spanish to the other employees. Would not recommend eating here.
Actually pretty good I haven't been to this spot in a while because last time it was pretty bad but I decided to give it another chance since it's been a few years and it was good tasted like a home barbecue and the dude at the window was nice

The place is very dirty, the floor is sticky and has a very bad smell, the bathrooms smell very bad and are very dirty, I asked the employees if they could clean the table and they said no, they are only cashiers, not cleaning employees. I rate this place as disgusting and with terrible service.

This place sucks the employees don't listen. I order a double cheeseburger, cashier says what size fries I say no just the cheeseburger. I look at he receipt she orders me a single cheeseburger. I ask and get passed on to another lady. She charges me another $1.50 to add a patty so my $3.29 burger now cost $4.60. I have up and said never mind. This is why I stopped eating fast food this was literally my first burger king in years. Dummies.

We had our daughter's birthday here. The kids enjoying playing, getting crowns and having ice cream. The staff was very friendly and helpful.Kid-friendliness: Our kids enjoyed the playground and kid's meals.

Very racist in this place, the manager is very despotic and they hung up on me 3 times because of my Spanish, my order was all wrong with the soaked nuggets and the employees did not let me talk to the manager, I feel disrespected and I will not return to this establishment.
I ordered food and was asked to pull off to the side because it was going to take a while. And then they forgot about me was over 30 minutes before I got my food.

I’ve always liked Burger King, even if it took awhile but after sitting in line in the same spot for 10-15 minutes and calling them to see why? And he said yes we are getting caught up in the kitchen have a good day and hung up on me! Sorry but that was out of line.

The lady at the drive thru was very rude. I had to go to the window and have them repeat my order. Of course it was wrong. The fish was old. The buns on the whoppers were stale. It looks like a bunch of kids work there with no supervision.
