My office ordered lunch & three of us decided to get their Crispy Chicken Salad. First time they were picked up, we only got chicken & lettuce, literally! $16.95 for lettuce & a couple of stripes of hard chicken is ridiculous! The chicken looked like it had been refried multiple times. We went back so they could correct all 3 salads. When they came back again, they were all still wrong! When I called back, I asked if I could take them back & instead make a fresh salad from the salad bar, I normally love their salad bar & figured I can't go wrong it I make it myself. Manager refused! He told me I would have to pay again! Then I asked for a refund since the chicken was inedible, he refused because they supposedly corrected the salads. I'm sorry, but what kind of establishment refuses to refund for inedible food! All I wanted was for them to make it right, no more, no less! So take my horrible experience as a warning, SAVE YOUR MONEY & GET YOU A SALAD FROM SOMEWHERE OTHER THAN THIS PLACE!

Went to go eat Dec. 23. I noticed the waitress look ill. I said if you not feeling well you should go home. She stated manager wouldn't allow it. I paid for my soda and left before the meal. I don't think this is acceptable.

The salad bar was greatness! The service was fast, kind & great. I ordered the 10oz ribeye steak, it was the perfect size perfectly made medium rare like I asked. The flavors were so tasty and it was so soft it melted in my mouth! The baked potato was loaded & delicious! The prime rib, was chewy no flavor. It was so tough my husband ate it anyway 😩

Generic steaks that aren't anything special. Subpar servers. I had high hopes to finally find a decent steakhouse. This wasn't it.
The service was great but extremely disappointed on the steak. A bad cut and not cooked like I asked. My buddy's steak apparently wasn't very good either. The appetizers were great.
