me and my mom went to have some food i just got out of doctor and wanted some amazing food the girl summer our waitress was so sweet her customer service was outstanding and the most friendly she was so loving and she was absolutely amazing she made sure we had everything fixed our burger she was amazing ❤️❤️

Waited 30 mins to be seated with an empty restaurant. Food took 45 mins to come out. Service was non-existent. That’s why you get here in New Mexico. Run away from this location.

Went here with my daughter and her friends from girl scouts. We were in Hobbs to go to the CORE aquatic center and saw this Chili's location on our drive. We ate here since the food is consistently good at every Chili's. All of the children had chicken crispers (and I also had the honey chipotle glazed ones). The other chaperone had a crispy chicken sandwich from the 3 for me menu. That sandwich was huge and looked delicious! 😋 Everyone was very happy with the food quality and service speed. The waitress was friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was exactly what you would expect from any Chili's, casual, laid-back, a little loud and very comfortable. It's a good place to hang out with friends or family and catch up. I will definitely come back here again if I am in Hobbs in the future.

They were cussing and yelling inside of the kitchen and everyone in the restaurant could hear it. I had put in a to-go order and I went in 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and was told they didn’t have one of the foods I had ordered. Did not receive a call or text about them not having it, so I had to wait about 20-30 more minutes for them to make it. The food was good but not worth the hassle
