Every time I go there something isn’t how I ordered it or there is never no chicken ready. 545 pm and there isn’t any chicken. Then my order is taken so I sit. Several minutes go by then she says it’s gonna be 15 minutes. Knowing that means 20 or more. I feel management is dropping the ball at this place I’ll never go back to it again.

The workers took a long time to serve, they were chatting, ignoring the people who were waiting, the cashier was rude and didn't even ask us if we wanted one thing or another (there were 2 options)

It was terrible! Still taste the old grease! The chicken wings were so hard you couldn’t eat them. They used to be better than this. Stomach still not right. Do better and give better food.
Used to be a good place to go to now will never go back again! Worst church's assistant manager we ever dealt with raising her voice at customers even with minors present, this place went from the good church's to go to then with what we had to deal with yet got minors and some adults sick with the food they served. Yes this was reported as well it was very unacceptable how she was the day we went in. Before feeding your family check the food so no one else goes thru what we went thru!! -0 stars if I could....
The food is not cared for and the young cashier lady has a nasty attitude. Go to the churchs on Joe Harvey much better service

So what do you suppose is the worst time to start mopping your floor? Not mopping a spill mind you, just opening mopping. Lunch time.I paid 10 dollars I got 2 anemic little chicken strips a half burnt biscuit and Mac and cheese (needed to make a second trip for the fork since that didn't make it into the bag). Honestly I've tried this place 3 times now and they always leave me disappointed. It's edible at least so it gets a pass above 1star but there are much better ways to spend your money. Honestly has stations in the area are cheaper and better.

Great taste, terrible service. The lady working there was rude, I paid for my order and went out to wait for it. There was a lady customer came after me. When I went back in after almost 10 minutes, she already working on the other customers' order.My order was not even ready, not only did she not worked it, she even looked at me like I'm bothering her. Realizing she forgot to do my order, she got irritable and her demeanor gave me the impression that I was not welcomed here. Because I already paid for my order, I quietly waited, took my order, and left.I would not be coming to this particular place. I lost my appetite and also a whole 14 minutes of my lunch hour. All due to that very disrespectful, rude staff.Pro-tip to management just because a person wouldn't speak Spanish does not mean they can fully understand the rude comments coming out of your staffs mouth. Thank you and. Hope you get better staffings.
