Had the brisket queso and it was awful, runny and the brisket had a lot of fat on it.
Had a house salad and picked out the black lettuce and 4 rotten tomatoes-nevertheless lost my appetite.
Had the stuffed brisket potato it was dripping from all the butter in it , the brisket was fatty and chewy. Nevertheless we will never go back!

I’m not one to write reviews ever, but I went to Cotton Patch on 9/11/25 and ordered a ribeye steak. When it arrived, I discovered a fly in my food. As someone who works in customer service I understand mistakes can happen but what disappointed me most was how it was handled. We brought it to the attention of the manager, yet hardly an apology was given or no discount was offered. This experience was both unpleasant and concerning for food safety. I truly hope management improves both their food hygiene and their response to customers.

My wife and I went for dinner and it was very pleasant and enjoyable. The manager on duty by the name of Jose introduced himself and asked how our food was. He was very professionally and cordial. My wife and I appreciated that very much as this gentle conversed with us and you rarely see that at other resturants. Thank you Jose for making this experience unique. A satisfied customer.

Great food amazing service ! I usually don’t do reviews but my server was amazing and manager Jose was very helpful him and the server heard out about my gluten free problem and where very caring about everything coming out right ! If ur looking for something gluten free there appetizers like chips and queso !

Amazing experience, my server Celeste was very attentive. As well as management by the name of Jose ! I’ve never really had managers come out and talk to me unless something was wrong with my food so it was honestly a green flag seeing them just be so attentive 10/10 recommend the combo basket !!
