Horrible service! My husband and I went and were told to sit wherever- Sat down and waited for 20 min while servers walked right past us, looking at us several times, and were never served or even acknowledged. We finally got up and walked out. Don’t waste your time or your money here.
Got the taco pizza the taco part was good but the crust was terrible the couple down from us sent their pizza back because of the crust it tasted really bad

Took my family tonight for dinner before gambling. What a disappointment!
Ordered 2 pizzas, a salad, and street tacos 2 beers and a long island ice tea.
$91 !!!!
I was charged for ranch dressing and bbq sauce too. The service from the waitress was the worst. First she didn't put the order in right on the pizzas. We had to wait another 30 minutes for the right pizzas. The pizzas came out burnt We had to flag our waitress down every time we needed something. Won't be back and don't recommend.

Food is ok, not top notch but it’ll do, drinks are limited to like 2 an hour, service is fair, very dry people, atmosphere not to fond of due to the smell of smoke,

What a disappointment! The lady at the door was rude. She said, sit where you want and continued her phone conversation.
The pizza had no taste what so ever and the crust wasn’t crunchy at all. A frozen pizza from the grocery store would have been better. We ordered nachos as well. Boring tasteless!!! Sliced jalapeños with seeds might have added some zip to it. So disappointing!!!
The floor was sticky and littered with napkins while some staff stood around talking.

We ate here 2 nights in a row. The first night was burgers and fries. They arrived to the table hot and fresh. The second night was the ghost face (Alfredo, pesto and mozzarella cheese) pizza 🍕 and lemon pepper wings. Hot and fresh. We took that, to go, back up to our room. I have no idea why this establishment has 2.3 stars. The pizza and wings were the best I have ever had. Great job! Keep up the excellent work!

As others have said. Food is great but went a few times while at the casino this week. Each time, sat for over 20 minutes before any server stopped to give menus. It’s the worst service I’ve ever had. But, I’m glad the staff gets enough time to talk and enjoy working. Won’t be trying to eat there again. If you want better service maybe you need to sit at the bar.

Could be great but they have the absolute worst service. It says to seat yourself, but it’s almost like none of the waitresses work here. They just hang out at the bar and try to do the bare minimum. Been sitting down as I write this and the girl working has looked at us, then walks the other way. It’s really too bad because this place has great food and beers.
Update, we left because she still never came back. Even after we spoke the bartender.

Today was my 1st time at this casino and my husband and I decided to eat there. Sat for 15 minutes with no service. Watched another table sit and get waited on within a few minutes. I did complain to the manager, but I doubt there will be any changes, based on previous reviews.

Stayed at the hotel tonight so decided to try some dinner. Sat at table for several minutes and 5 servers passed by us. Seems they were more interested in chatting with regulars or watching horse race on tv. Eventually a young girl came and took our drink order. No draft beer only serve canned beer. I ordered an old fashion then after waiting 15 minutes she came back to tell me they didn’t have any whiskey. lol. Drove down street to Texas Roadhouse and spent $$ and ate some great food. Guess the servers didn’t want our money. Won’t come back !

Sat at a table for about 10 minutes with no acknowledgment from staff. Decided to move over to the bar because the bartender was the only person actually working and taking care of customers while the other 4 servers stood at the servers station. Ordered a pizza and a salad to share. Ingredients of the pizza were fresh and tasted good but the pizza could have definitely been left in the fancy pizza oven longer in order to really cook the cheese and crisp the crust so your toppings don’t fall off when you pick up a flimsy slice. Was really hoping that Drylands would have improved the caliber of employees at this location. The night shift bartender and I believe a waitress named Makayla are the saving graces of this establishment.
