Definitely hit or miss here. Yesterday I tried placing a mobile order and it wouldn't go through. Today I had to wait 10-15 minutes for them to warm the oven. I like dunkin donuts but I hope they improve overall. My food is always great. The coffee sometimes tastes like yesterday's coffee

Dropped by on our way through town at about 7:30 AM. The building was clean, well staffed, and had a great variety at the time we came through. Service was friendly and prompt! Thankful for a fast stop and a selection so that everyone got the donuts they wanted. Thank you!!

You should probably teach your employees how to reload a dunkin card with cash because I was told today you can't do that only gift cards but I know it's not true cause I worked for dunkin and I've also reloaded my card going through the drive thru before. Also my drink wasn't what I wanted out of french vanilla and the espresso was burnt. Overall a hit or miss at this store.
