The food was good. The prices were good. The service was good. But the building is very, very, very out of date. It's also dirty. A lot of flies were flying around there. There were also a lot of dead ones on the window sills and the floor. The tables, condiments and shakers were clean. They seemed to be wiped down daily.
This is THE best place in Hobbs. It is small, but well worth the wait, if you have to wait. The food is so good. Asado is so tender and flavorful. I had to order some to go since I don't live in Hobbs anymore. I don't even like lemonade, but that is what I got while here cuz it is so good! Not too tart, not too sweet! Great breakfast! I work nights and can go in the afternoon and get eggs and the works. This is their steak Ranchero, and with the chips and salsa, even a hungry working person will be plenty full! The service is tops, and it almost feels like home!
