“I recently tried the Thanksgiving Turkey sandwich at Firehouse Subs, and it was absolutely delicious! My experience was not so inviting haven’t been there in 2 years so I wanted to try there new thanksgiving sub when entering the restaurant I all the employees just stared at me Never said welcome to fire house. Nothing was said. I went to the register to order the new sandwich. Paid for it then I waited then then this customer came in and sat by the door. I guess she had an order to go, and she was greeted welcome to firehouse. They all said it So that was that when I went when I grabbed My order it felt like it weighed 3 ounces No joke I’m just saying it was seven dollars and change. I was so disappointed and he had two strips of turkey. They had probably about 2 tablespoons of the. Stuffing and a smear could barely see it was underneath the stuffing smear of cranberry, and it wasn’t even cranberry. It looked like jelly. Very disappointed with the service and sandwich will never go back. I’m sorry will never go back to My experience back two years ago was awesome. Everybody was happy. They told you hi welcome to fires fire house and our orders was made quick and they were nice. No complaints there. It really went downhill. No good service whatsoever.

The chili was burned and had crunchy bits. I have always gotten a large Steamer, yet the meat seemed to be lacking on this one.
The staff was friendly, except I sat there for approx 15 minutes and the only interaction was when I walked in a someone welcomed me

Don't come here to eat, or even order food from here unless you plan in waiting at least 30 minutes for your order. I put in a mobile order 30 minutes before I got to the store they said on their app that my food would be ready by the time I got there. So tell me why when I got there they hadn't even started my sandwich and seemed confused as to what I wanted? Go to subway

Pricey for sandwiches but they were delicious! My daughter loved the meatball sub, and I got a loaded-up chicken sub, the lettuce & tomatoes were fresh, the sauces were delicious. We got brownies for dessert & they were pretty good too.

I kept wondering why my toddler was picking at his mouth so I took his and sandwich away and there’s a super long hair in his kids grilled cheese. He had already eaten half and we felt so grossed out.
