After embarrassingly ordering, then discovering I had forgotten my wallet <in the drive thru> , the kind workers made my order anyhow. it was ready and delicious when we returned. I recently called Firehouse subs in Hobbs New Mexico to speak with an employee which is my nephew but they said that they couldn't let me speak with him I don't understand that part if it's important I think we should be able to speak with the family member if they work with that establishment some people may not have a cell phone I was disappointed that I can't speak with my nephew

I ordered my food through the app and picked it up on my way home! This method is super convenient after a long day at work and you just want to go home. My food was fresh and made to order!

The person at the drive thru is always very courteous. The sandwhiches are super yummy! My go to is the Italian, with Captain Sorenson sauce. But, if it's in season, the Turkey and Dressing Thanksgiving sandwhich is the best! I look forward to it every year!
