The place is super cutteeee!!!! Also the boba/ smoothies are amazing. Definitely recommend! ( mango smoothie is so good and soft)

When this place first opened up, the staff was super friendly, atmosphere was very inviting and food was great! Now, they're rude, not inviting, employees seem like they're on a power trip and constantly look over their shoulders making faces at customers. When you order, it seems like it's a hassle and a chore to make food or they're randomly out in order not to make it. The taiyaki downsized in size too. Food and drinks are good though.

I always doordash the honeydew smoothie and it never ceases to amaze me how good it is I love this place and highly recommend

The tea was good but I wish I had looked behind the counter before I had ordered because I started to notice just how disgusting it was. Anyone who walks in there will notice, the sinks are stained, the shelves are covered in water spots, the dishes look half cleaned, the stuffed animals they have out are covered in dust and grime, and I even found a loaf of moldy bread chilling out on a table.? I know this place isn’t too busy to clean because when I came inside it was dead and the workers were talking about some drama they were dealing with… at the least they could’ve been cleaning. I hope this place gets it together cause it could be good but basic cleanliness comes first in my opinion.

I absolutely loved this place, whoever had the idea was very creative. There are so much entertainment in one place. The drinks are delicious, I just wish there were more meals options other than the crepes.

I love the atmosphere of this place! It has bold seating areas that are amazing for photos and hanging out with friends. I also loved the Sanrio themes throughout the store and the cute paint and sip activity they have set up. It is flexible for a gathering of friends or a cute date with your boo!I had the Unicorn Latte Boba and loved the flavor, especially at the end, although the top tasted heavily ? milk based for those that have milk intolerances. The crystal boba was not my favorite, but it looked and sounded cool ?

Vegetarian options: It’s boba, but there are milk alternatives instead of the ? milk. There’s also fruit munchies and vegetarian croissants.

Dietary restrictions: There are milk alternatives for only $0.50 more as well as non-caffeinated options.

Parking: It is in the new business center on Navajo so there are plenty of spaces. Even if you have to park away from the door, the walk is not bad at all.

Kid-friendliness: This place is adorable and perfect for kids. Be prepared for the puppy eyes because they have a table full of different cute plushies and bags. There are also claw machines.

Wheelchair accessibility: I believe there is a ramp at the end of the sidewalk, and it is a step-up sidewalk. There are lower level booths and tables as well other than the high tables and step in photo booths.
