Awful experience and to charge for refills on sweet tea when it states free refills on the menu!
while I had planned on writing a glowing review that was before I woke up to unauthorized charges to my account from IHOP! although I hope this was a accident this is THEFT!
shame on you all. stealing from your customers. we will not be back and 10/10 do not recommend unless your planning on giving away extra money
