The boneless wings had a heavy thick coating that was hard as a rock and the French fries we way over salted. I won’t be wasting my money here again.

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

Just tried them for the first time. Great wings, they were the best I've had in town ! Will definitely order again.
Waited 40 minutes, when I got home was not even my order ? No supervision for the children what so ever .

Hobbs NM Chilis 4/23/2023 time of visit 7pm Not busy at all E.coli on a plate. Tonight was the worst visit to chilis. The hostess acknowledged me and my family party of four after thirty minutes. There was a three parties before me that waited for 1hr and 20 mins but was dumbfounded to the long wait when the whole bar side room, including the tables where empty. That should have been the first red flag. So my first thought maybe they are short staffed ( nope). So after awhile my family was seated by the bartender. After a while I tried asking her questions but she ignored me. Several times. {side note : I am a former sever. I always do my best to clean up after and treat people with kindness.) I thought maybe it was her stressed. But then came the order. My plate was still frozen. (I made three attempts to grab her attention. Not including my attempts to grab other severs attention) There was another issue with my compainion's stake when he cut into the ribeye it was GREEN. Not once did the server paused to ask how is your meals. (or the routine question was the stake to your liking? nor any pause of how the stake was nor a1 sauce anyone? none of that. Our server brushed us off.) I literally had to fight for my server's attention. I asked for help and tried to get the attention of the manager while she was two booths away from me begging ( along with other servers) literally begged a former co-worker to come back to work at chilis this should be telling that this is why he left. I got someone else's attention another server took back my cajin pasta three times. My server acknowledge me once and took back the plate one time and retruned it cold. I made several attempts to address my companion's stake SHE instantly left and didnt give me a chance to mention his rib eye steak when he cut into it was green!!! My family and I swore off chilis as of tonight. Not even an hour after this visit i ended up in the emergency room. I asked several times for a new plate but i got other servers who were new and didn't know what to do. Never again and the sever still charged me the full price of $80. This happened to night. Side note if you ordered to go they put it on a non-heat rack that is next to the door (that leads outside) that is across from where the bathrooms are.
The food was great. Curly fries were perfect,the wings were delicious and had plenty of sauce. Happy we tried them out, because now we'll definitely be eating there again ??

We used to order frequently, but after today we are disappointed and may not order again. The prices went up; I understand that, due to inflation, but the fact that you don't even include a single ranch with your combo orders is unacceptable. So it's OK to spend close to 100 dollars but you can't include ranch like you used to (1 in every combo meal). That is a tacky business practice. You can upsell on extras like you used to and I don't have a problem paying for an extra one when you include at least 1. Second, half the wings were sauced the other half barely had any. If I wanted dry wings I would order a dry rub or no sauce. Before I would give you a 5 but now completely thumbs down for quality. Definitely didn't get the value it was worth.

Looks like there is a mix up with restaurants, the one we visited is Chili's, and we had a great experience. I have never been to "It's just Wings" so I don't know if they are any good.
