Beef jerky had mad flavor explosion and cooked to perfection. Restroom was available and clean. Friendly helpful staff. Just passing by great visit.
Great place to shop for your meat products they are so helpful. Very nice people. They also carry other items to purchase in the store.
Customer service on the phone needs improvement. That’s one reason I have stopped going there.
The Food was great - The Customer Service on the other hand, Not so Great.First Time coming here and the enthusiasm just wasn't there. Neither over the phone or in the store.It almost felt like having customers was bothersome for them.Checkout experience - took my card, gave me a receipt, and they walked away. No good day, didn't hand me my food.I guess I'll just reach over this counter and get my goods.Again, First Time there. Customer Experience needs improvement by alot.

The food & service was great.
Customer service in drive thru was horrible. I had to call the store to get someone to the window. All after I watched a employee walk to his vehicle and smoke while sat there. Then walked back in and never came to the window until I called. Then he claimed he never saw a vehicle in the drive thru... Horrible service great food.

In March i tried their meat packages. Half off #4 and half of #6. They let me substitute other items for the meats I didn't want. Total was $150 and it lasted over a month for 3 people. Everything was so good! Especially the bacon. Definitely worth it. I just placed another order this morning! Wish they had a package for chicken too. Hint hint?thanks guys!
I'm from San Antonio Texas I arrived a bit too late too get bbq but I had a burger combo very nice employees and the place was nice I wish I could have had bbq but next time I pass by I'll try get here early
