The customer service experience was disappointing. Despite there being no line in the drive-thru or inside the restaurant, I was still asked to pull into the parking lot to wait for my order. After at least a 10 minute wait, I finally went inside, only to find my food sitting on the counter while the employees were caught up in an argument over who should bring it out.
Drive thru service sucks, waited for over 20 minutes to get an order that wasn't mine had to take it back in to find out my order was just sitting there getting cold smh worse kfc

The lady that took my order at this location had no name was very rude keep saying let me see let me see if they could make the order then when she said it would be additional money she said it hatefulk like we didn't have the money won't be going back
Had to park for twenty minutes!!! Just for 15 tenders !!! Girl at window had attitude food is usually good but the wait to get it suck’s definitely not fast food

Well I personally wouldn't give him a star at all after going through there tonight!!!! Waited for an hour and a half in the parking lot and then they come and said they don't have no chicken!!!! And after that I had to argue with them to get my money back,,,,, I WILL DEFINITELY NEVER GO BACK THERE!!!! MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND CAN'T TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WHITE AND DARK MEAT!!! AND WHAT CHICKEN ESTABLISHMENT RUNS OUTTA CHICKEN AT DINNER TIME. ? EVERY TIME IVE GONE THRU THERE IT'S BEEN AWFUL ALL THE WAY AROUND!! TONIGHT WILL BE MY LAST TIME !!! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN OR RESTAFF THE ENTIRE CREW!!!
Terrible service. I forgot to add 4 jalapeños to my order. And was told i have to either go in or get back in line... there were no other people in line. I go inside to the manager (sanders) who just 30 seconds ago was on break when I asked the employe. Was told the same thing I went inside to get the 4 jalapeños. After I get home I realized it was 3 small jalapeños. I knew better to go there it wasn't my idea this is a typical woke establishment.

Do better! Getting food thru the drive thru during lunch hour should not require me to sit in the parking lot for 10+ minutes waiting on a 3pc strip and drink! The staff member looked pissed when bringing it out and waited until other peoples orders (who were behind me also waiting in the parking lot after I parked), were ready. Then no napkin, no spork. Thankfully the food was at least good.

Of course for the 10th time they got my order wrong I ordered a 3 PC got a 2 no dipping sauce they just don't care anymore

Very rarely do I eat at KFC here in Hobbs…..and now I’m remembering why. 😬😬 all I can say is….yikes.
Order then pay at window. Park and wait for food. No orders delivered at the window. Do not be in a hurry or hangry.
