The cashier Adrian was rude and impatient just because HE did not hear me tell him I was ready to order. Also told to park when there are no customers at all. Waited over 20min. Haven't been here in a while and will definitely not be coming back

I visited this location yesterday while the Manager Erika Sanders was on duty and present. The interaction I had with Erika was far from professional, I went to the drive thru to order my meal and my order was wrong. After addressing this with the person at the window Erika intervened and turned a quick fix into a big deal. She raised her voice and told me to park and come inside to get what I wanted and to pay for what I have already ordered which I already paid and received a receipt. The young lady at the window look scared and frightened while trying to let the manager know that my order was wrong from what I ordered but Erika didn’t want to hear that and did not want to help me. I left without my order fixed and I will not be returning to this location.

When we order 2 , three piece meals and to replace one piece with a white meat. When we got our order we got 2 pieces of chicken and paid $32 for 2 meals, so we back around to get out one piece of white meat. The manager Erica Sanders came to the window practically yelling at the poor girl at the window trying to make our meal right and she told us go park and we will charge you for that piece then said oh no go around we have to take care of the customer behind you. We told her can we not be taking care of first we just paid she said NO yelling at us for no reason and said go around. Very rude services from her. Yall definitely need a new manger running that restaurant. To the girl at the window that seemed intermediated, but did try to help us. Now we now why! .That manager is trash and needs to go work elsewhere.

My boyfriend and I came in kne night and were met by a smiling face who gladly accepted our coupon which we had recieved kn the mail a few days prior. He was a delight and super nice. Also gave back our coupon and told us to use it next time. Food was hot and fresh.. overall KFC 🍗 on Hobbs have customer service locked down. ... great job who is training and managing this location.

We ordered 2 of the three piece chicken tenders.They're horrible.They were hard.You couldn't even bite through them.They gave us a biscuit it was like a cracker, no butter, no potatoes, no gravy, no french fries, they wouldn't even give us a side of mayo for our chicken I would hope with my receipt I get another meal tomorrow. I tried calling them So we could get our money back. SHAME ON YOU
