Fantastic Chilaquiles. Exceptional service. So many great mexican food restaurants have staff that do not speak English, and it is hit or miss if they get your order correct. But, our La Fondita waitress spoke perfect English! And, don’t let the run down building fool ya. The food and service are 5-star, all the way!!! I highly recommend La Fondita.

Food is HOMEMADE. It is one of those hole in the wall Mom and Pop shops. A diamond in the rough. Fried potatoes are cut fresh by hand. Don't sleep on this one.

Great hidden restaurant in Hobbs! First time here and we enjoyed a Huevos Rancheros Plate and a Steak Ranchero plate. Amazing beans and rice with the potatoes on the side. Recommended!
