Tried to give them another chance but I always leave disappointed.
Their snow cones aren’t snow cones it’s like sonic ice with the flavoring in it.
And the elote cup is MiD AT BEST. I don’t like when it’s just full of the juice from the corn and then topped with cheese and chili powder so I specifically asked for it to not be full of that corn water. Guess what I got. I’ll give you three guesses and the first two don’t count.
That’s right, it was an elote cup full of the corn juice/water that was topped with a little bit of cheese and a little bit of chili powder. It looked okay when leaving the store but when I got home and went to eat it, it was a watery sloppy mess. I had to drain it and add my own stuff to make it decent. I could’ve done that without spending ten bucks smfh. I have my own cans of corn I could just warmed up AND DRAINED THE JUICE before making it.
It’s sad I can’t leave no stars cause I would.

Ordered a large carne seca. The cucumber had a very strong rotting taste and there was barely any carne in it. Way too overpriced for what was given. Overall, a waste of money and a disappointment.

Very bad service, the ladies are very slow and if you ask them how much is left for your order they tell you that they don't know how they are not going to know if they make them and one girl was the only one and the others were sitting and talking I came on November 26th at 8 and they gave me the order at 8:50, very bad service, only one employee wanted to work 3/10

We received no greeting upon arrival—no smiles, just cold stares like we were an inconvenience. If you work in a public place where people are constantly coming in, you should do your job properly. They even serve canned corn, which was another disappointment. While the place is clean and well-maintained, the service was terrible. I won’t be returning.

Went today and the service was ok but waited and waited for our food the whole time they never did it till the end we decided to leave ans my husband went to ask then, and the nachos the chips were hard and nasty never again all they did was talk while everyone else got their food etc

There was one couple in front of us being helped. They were finished being helped and the girl serving them went to make whatever they had ordered. There was a couple and about 3 other people who came in after us. One guy who came in AFTER us and the other couple was helped first. We allowed the couple after us to go after that guy and then another guy was still helped before me and my husband. My husband stood directly in front of the cash register to make it known we were next and the girl completely ignored him and went to help another person. I went up and asked if we were going to be helped at all because we have been there longer than anyone standing there and still went on to asking “well who was next?” when we had been standing there for about 30 minutes.
Everything you ask for is very tasty, clean, good price and very friendly ??

I love the fruit cups however sometimes they don't let you know what fruits they have available and just tell you they have everything and you get home and all you get is Jicama a very good root but you asked for fruit not just a root you can buy for pennies and you pay over $13.00 for a large cup of root chunks. However, when they don't lie I love the place. ?
