I ordered s pizza for delivery for lunch time. Sent me a text saying what portal and what code. Went there and no pizza in the portal. They claim someone picked up my pizza. I was mas because i deliberately ordered ahead so i could eat it. Had to wait additional time to get me another one. Ill make sure next time to call and not put it in the portal if i order again

If I could give zero starts I would. They tried to serve me an undercooked pizza then when I bring it in “Apparently the GM “ said that we have to go on to the little Caesars to get our refund which was complete bullshit. Didn’t apologize didn’t say well we can cook it longer. Nope right away went and gave my husband and I an attitude. Refused to give us a refund till we asked to speak to the general manager. Then now all of a sudden they need a card to give a refund. If she lied about saying we got to do it on the app why does she need my card. Then when I ask to speak to her gm now she’s the gm, mind you she said she needed to call her boss. Didn’t wanna give me her name nor her bosses number.

The customer service sucks, but I've been willing to put up with it for decent pizza for a cheap price. Service is decent when the manager shows up. This afternoon, the straw broke the camel's back. i won't return

This has to be the worst location in the entire world. They NEVER have anything ready, it’s always a long wait. I don’t understand how a business whose entire model is hot & ready never has anything hot & ready!!!!!!

Worst service ever waited 1 hr to be attended

Where to start I mean its little Ceasars pizza used to be great changed the market with the Hot-n-Ready. Not in Hobbs NM. that’s for sure. You will never ever go into this LC and find anything Hot-n-Ready. The food is great as always the staff is lazy here it is 11:10 and not one item prepped for a lunch rush. I ordered the lunch combo 10-15 minutes I was the only customer in the building. Dude in-front of me had a job interview and was the of the manager doesn’t come in on Mondays try back tomorrow.
Bingo I think the problem is found. The store itself could be great and could generate a lot of revenue. Although it will continue to fail until they hire a manager that will run it properly. It needs revamped or shut down.
Make it a Hot -n-Ready you’ll run out of supplies every week. Lots of people looking for a managers job hire a good one let the one you have now go they are destroying your business

The general manager is rude. Anytime I've ordered she tells me she can't do the order. I ordered crazy bread with extra butter and parm and was told she couldn't. Today I ordered a extremostbestest with extra pepperoni that I was willing to pay for for her to tell me no. I use to work there so I know you can be charged for the extra toppings and butter and parm. Customer service sucks when she's there.

Called in to place an order and was on hold for 30 minutes and when I got there, they weren’t busy and standing around talking. Asked to speak to manager and he didn’t seem to care. Very poor service. And they don’t keep pizzas ready,

This place is a disaster. They never have Hot n Readys. They never have thin crust. And pray to God you don't make a normal order, it could take over an hour after they told you 20 minutes. I love Little Ceasars, just not this one.

Today I went to buy pizzas, NOT to order free, and the lady who was in front was rude, she took 4 adheres and snatched them from me, she told me that I had to pay $1 dollar for each one, to which I did not refuse to pay, but she was just rude, she did not allow me to finish choosing and pay by the time she had snatched them from me, she was very rude when paying and for the second time she snatched them from me, she was too rude in front of me the people, even though I have never behaved rudely or rudely with them, what a bad experience
I WILL NEVER COME BACK!

It's little Caesars. Would I eat here at this particular establishment... Yes.

I use to love Little Caesars but this one has seem to only get worst this will be my last time taking a chance on if my pizza will come out how I ordered it so they run out of cheese and thin crust and instead of calling or contacting me they prepare me a pizza that is complete trash when calling to speak to the manager I was told that she was busy when I asked for a refund. I was told maybe this place has lost its credibility with me. I will never return.
