Worst place I been to, they took almost a whole hour to give me my pizza.

When your entire franchise is sold on the idea of the "hot-n-ready" pizza, but you never have any hot-n-ready pizzas at any time, then you might be a failure of a franchise. The whole selling point for Little Caesars Pizza is that you can walk in, buy a pizza right then and there without any wait time (because it's already cooked), and leave. I've gone in there probably a dozen times over the last couple of years at normal lunch/dinner times, and they never have the hot-n-ready pizzas. I choose somewhere else, because I'm not going to wait 15 minutes for a pizza that is well below the standard of other places. Again, the entire selling point is an immediate transaction. Why then not have the hot-n-ready pizzas that are the primary attraction of your business? What is going on with this franchise that it is being ran into the ground? This thing has to be government-subsidized or running off of some endowment fund because otherwise, I do not know how this place manages to turn any profit. Then again, something about Hobbs New Mexico turns just about every big name franchise to a 1-star establishment. I'm done going to this little caesars just to be disappointed.

What is y’all’s issue with actually making sure someone’s ENTIRE order is with the deliver driver before sending it off to the customer? Like seriously. What is your problem? Can you not check an itemized receipt? You know how much money you all owe me for food and sauces that never got delivered. The complete lack of professionalism and care for customer service is appalling. You all should be ashamed for the complete lack of basic care you have for your job. Seriously, what is wrong with you? Why are you doing this? Is it funny to be horrible at your job? Are you proud?

No matter what day of the week or time of day, there's always a problem with services here Wait of 20 min.s, or no walk in service because we're only doing online orders... Such a shame because this used to be the fastest and simplest lunch or dinner...

The person working the front register wearing a slig in arms is being rude to the customer telling them to go to pizza inn or Domino's and pizza hut I was there for a hour waiting on a door dash order never got the order and the door person who order was mad I lost money on this order cuz it was a good tip but I had to using from it cuz I was tired of waiting for I order that should only take 20 minutes to cook the reason I know this is because my other job is a pizza place and it take about 5 minutes to make and a about 10 minutes or so to cook

If you want bad pizza with a side of bad attitudes for "service," then look no further than this Little Caesars. The first atrocity was the service on 12/15/2023. After retrieving my order from the portal, I looked for three garlic butter sauces but saw only buffalo while the lone employee at the front slowly took a phone order. Side-note: Not sure how one sauce was $.59 and the others had "special pricing" with two for $1.50. Mmm k, y'all. Special pricing indeed.Story made short, another busy employee intervened by sifting through the stashes only to hand over the sauces to me without ever saying a single word. No smile. No nothing but "baditude."Then the pizza atrocities... the pizzas were so bland, greasy, and simply not good. We got one Detroit-Style Deep Dish Sausage ($10.00). One Stuffed Crazy Bread® ($3.49). And a Stuffed Crazy Crust Pepperoni ($9.49). To top it all off, I never received the Crazy Sauce® we were supposed to.Pass.

Walked in not even greeted, I ordered the The most bestest and I ended up with barely any pepperoni on my pizza, my bread sticks came with a sauce and when I approached the employees, one ignored me and the other just walked to the back took a minute and than just handed the sauce to me, I said thank you and no words came out of the employees mouths at all. I only go because it's economic, and I understand that the customer service has gone out the window now a days but this place gets worst every time I go there and I go usually every weekend. They need to train their employees better or just sell it to someone who is capable and competent!.

I may need to just start getting pizza from somewhere else, yes it cheap but customer service is horrible its non existent there. I went in to buy a pizza today 6/17/2023 the guy at the front was acting as though I was an inconvenience and he gave me my change in a fast manner, he basically threw my change at me and I almost dropped my change. Then I go back 20 mins. At 4:20pm to pick up my pizza since I was told it would be like 20 mins. I was standing in the front there is a guy there boxing pizzas he didn't say anything to me, when he should of said we will be right with u or something but no he totally ignores me. About 10 mins later he comes to the front and looks at me doesn't say anything to me. He should of said how can I help you. So i proceed to tell him i am.picking up my pizza he says name i give him my name he outs my order in front of me and of course i had to ask if i could have some pizza sauce. My food was also cold. I think these employees need a customer service training or something this was an all around horrible experience. And I would rather pay more money for good service then. I also saw a sign in there saying the employees treat the place as though they own it but that isn't true based off my experience.

I had just drove 22 hrs from Chicago and when I got into town they were like 30 mins from closing and still let me order, the last time I was in town they didn't let me order.. The pepperoni pizza I got was fresh and delicious I appreciate them
