I’m done with this restaurant. 😭 not the first time this happens but I always try to give another chance. Like a bad relationship you can’t get away from. I wish I could upload a picture. I waited forever in the drive thru for a burnt half sandwich and the smallest cup of potato soup for $13! Never again! On another note their tea is still bomb!

What great kindness this business showed to us during a very difficult time. These are definitely the people you want to support in your community in the Hobbs and Lovington area. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart.

Always out of spuds. Every time I try to order one at this location they are out. 🙄

First I want to say I absolutely love McAlisters Deli but the staff lately has not cared what they serve you. I’ve requested extra veggies or to remove some veggies that I don’t like and they always seem to butcher my order. I love this place but the people they hire don’t seem to care about what you order.

My server was very nice and recommended the app for me. Her name was Jocelyn, she was super sweet and welcoming.

I love me some chicken and dumplings And learn the hard way with the dumpling soggy like bread. So you better ask how long has it been sitting there and what time was it. But I will say when addressing to management this issue, they made it right every single time.

NEVER HAVE SPUDS. Literally have come to this place 5 times in the last 5 years and every time they're out of spuds. It's literally your most profitable item you can go across the street to Walmart and buy a 10 lb bag for $6. The people working there are always incredibly kind though and you will get your food very quickly so not much to complain about for me. But the rest of my family are potato lovers!

This place will be closed very soon..
Embarrassing to say the least..
Had my order ready but spent 10 minutes complaining that a customer showed up and putting in an order for herself..
zero customer service skills .
Don’t waste your time or money, go to Schlotzky’s.

Poor management . They always get my order incorrect and always say they are out of Mac and cheese even hours before closing.

Update : same thing happened again . I really hate that the hobbs location is this bad PLEASE get new management and staff in here

Everytime I give this place another chance I regret it . Just picked up a take out order and they gave me the wrong sandwich again . And Mac and cheese soup . Very frustrating. Don’t know how they are in business still

To-go order made wrong, twice. Didn’t realize until we got home. Tried to call the store to get it resolved, line disconnects and you are unable to speak with someone. Drove back to get it remade, and it was still wrong. Very frustrating. Almost $40, for 2 sandwiches, (paid for upgrades) and didn’t get what was paid for. It’s honestly hit and miss here, just tired of paying for food and it’s not correct. Maybe starting to leave reviews will hold some accountability for some places?

$50 for 2 people to eat at a sandwich shop is crazy. I asked for a side salad, which on my phone was $4.99, Monique wasn't very friendly and rang up a nearly $8 salad. Didn't want to explain anything when I had concerns and hurried to get back on her phone. For the 10 years I worked in the food industry we weren't allowed to be on our phones or wear headphones while talking to customers, which makes sense. I took off the $18 sandwich and still was $30+ for just me a sandwich, side of soup, and I guess an entire salad when I wanted a small. Won't be coming back.

Update: sandwich was wrong, and the salad was small-if you order a side salad online it's 4.99 in store it's 7.79
