Everytime I give this place another chance I regret it . Just picked up a take out order and they gave me the wrong sandwich again . And Mac and cheese soup . Very frustrating. Don’t know how they are in business still

Tuesday evening bout 7-8 they only had one girl working the entire front. She was taking orders and delivering to tablets. We order a choose 2 and only got half correct. The other was four cheese and they got bread wrong. Witnessed other tablets get order wrong too. Owner or manager needs to check on employees. Other employees outside on smoking

It was expensive for a sandwich shop. Staff is very attentive. Will only go there to splurge. I got a soup, a club sandwich, and a drink for $28.

We've all gone to restaurants for a quick bite between appointments, on our lunch break from work, or as a means to stretch during a long drive.
Some of these places, considered a classic choice (See: McDonald's, Burger King, etc), offer what McAllister's offers. They offer a place to sit, food to eat, a bathroom to freshen up in.
None of those weigh heavily on a scale of *where* to go as much as how close they are.
With McAllister's, I find myself driving a little further.
Every time I've been here, the restrooms have been clean. The food hot and well-presented. The employees don't flutter through their shifts as a worker bee, they seem to be driven and genuine in their work and their welcomes.
A coworker of mine and I frequently visit McAllister's across three different towns. Every time we visit, we are comfortable and the food hits the spot exactly.
Absolutely zero complaints with these stores and always look forward to visiting.
