I usually always get breakfast in here and it usually has little to no wait! But last time they made me wait at least 10 min for a Frappe and they had totally forgotten about it, till one employee asked if I had gotten it yet and I replied know which surprised her! I don't know who was in charge of getting to me but it took forever and I had to go to work!

The food was good. Unfortunately, the bathroom had to accessed by code and there was only one stall in service and that lady seemed to be ill so there were several people waiting. This store seems to have a heavy presence of homeless people with several asking for money.

Service was efficient and polite, and the dining area was clean and functional. No frills, no nonsense—eat, recharge, move on. It’s not trying to be gourmet, and that’s the point.
