They should really have a monitor in the playground area. Teenagers were all up in that playground harassing the younger children and none of the staff did anything about it, even after a complaint or two.

Ordered on the app for the McDonald's on Turner in Hobbs. Was sitting for an hour waiting on my take-out order that wasn't even big. Just a Double Quarter Pounder Large Meal, A Happy Meal Hamburger with extra fries instead of apple slices, and A Basket of Fries with one Dr. Pepper, one chocolate milk, and one iced caramel coffee. No large fry on my meal. No fries in my happy meal, they did put apple slices in when I specifically didn't want them. The sticker with the survey code is so greased up I couldn't fill out a survey on the website. The order was picked at 20:14. I ordered it at 19:44. I didn't leave the building until 20:44 with my order that wasn't even made correctly. If I could give a half star then I would. Don't recommend going there unless you have nothing to do after and are willing to wait over an hour for your food.

They won’t ever put the ketchup in your bag. Even if you put it down as an item on the order. Then ask them when they’re handing you the food at the window.
You won’t get ketchup. So just don’t ask for it. Lol
After the 4th or 5th time in a row of this happening in the last month or so. I finally just took a meal back and got a refund because they can’t put ketchup in the bag. I’ll go eat somewhere else when working in town here.

Thank you to Jasmine working at the taking order station. My card wasn’t working right and she helped me out a short couple bucks. She took care of it and appreciate it. Thank you. My bank doesn’t let me transfer money at night so she help me out and pay for some of the food to help me out Thank you McDonald’s for having excellent workers that look out for the community out here and I really think Jasmine will be a good leader someday because good leaders Think about others before they think about themselves so much love to you guys and thank you so much for taking care of us
