Our second trip to Outlaw Grill was shockingly different than the excellence we previously experienced. The porkbelly appetizer is normally finished, flambayed tableside. They were out of butane. Oh well. It was still pretty good. The beverages were good. Had to moderate those, since the bathroom was out of order. I didn't know restaurants could operate without a working bathroom. When we ordered our burgers and the aforementioned tasty, but not the "full show" porkbelly appetizer, our only customization was "no bun" for one of them. One burger was noted in the menu to take 12 minutes to prepare. We became worried when it neared 30 minutes and our burgers hadn't arrived. We were entertained by the mother-son duet (and embarrassed daughter/sister) singing and table-drumming to worship songs. They were seriously good. Feeling the Spirit. The host passed our table after the neat porkbelly display apparatus had been removed, asked if needed a container for the remaining piece. We replied we'd like our food before we get a container. When the burgers finally arrived, the server mentioned they'd never seen the 12-minute burger so small. Thank goodness the fries were perfect, because the burgers were nearly inedible. When we got the receipt, both burgers were labeled "WELL DONE." We were never asked how we wanted our burgers cooked. A well-done burger is sacrilege, darn it. The staff was otherwise pleasant. Our wedding anniversary lunch could have gone better. We've had SO MUCH BETTER from here before.

Great place. Stopped on the way to Lubbock for a volleyball tournament. Food was just right. My daughter swears it's the best Chicken Parm she's ever had. I'm inclined to agree. It had a delish crisp and the marinara was on point. My Chicken cesar salad was pretty damn good too. We got there on a Friday night and were seated rather quickly and the service is great. Smiles everywhere and they are more than helpful. Everything from the appetizers to main course was delicious.

They said the wait was 25 min, took an hr to get seated & they also skipped us & sat someone that got there after us & tried to do it a 2nd time until I’m sure they saw the look in my face. It took forever to get our drinks and appetizers & we needed refills for about 30 minutes before anyone noticed.
A very cute resturaunt, connected to a business. I got the Portobella Chicken and it was delicious. Though I think I would like a different cheese than swiss with it.
