My friend and I were passing through yesterday and stopped for some lunch. It was not busy but we still waited 15 minutes just for her to come and take our drink order. Another 20 minutes for her to come take our order. From the start the food just tasted off. The soup was lukewarm. The beef in the stir fry was crunchy, I actually thought I had chipped my tooth from it. The real kicker was when they brought my friend her sprite refill, there was something in it and the waitress seemed unfazed. Definitely one of our worst experiences in a restaurant

Everything about the resturant is 10/10 except the food. My server Rocky was fantastic, very professional, and knew the whole menu perfectly, the atmosphere feels very upscale and fancy, but sadly the food is just bad. I got calamari which was very chewy, and ordered the Sizzling Steak & Shrimp which was served as gummy flank steak, with unseasoned steamed vegetables and some of the most bland fried rice ive ever had, and wonton soup that was dangerously salty. The owner has a perfect restaurant aside from the chef, but sadly I just can't in good conscious recommended eating here to anyone

Fantastic attentive service. The restaurant has a beautiful bar and that was the hot spot on a Tuesday night. The food came quickly and our party of 3 received everything as ordered. Try the Green Chili sushi roll.

Pacific Rim made our anniversary dinner a total hit, thanks to the amazing people who took care of us! The hostess—wish we caught his name—was super sweet, greeting us with a huge smile that made us feel like we were walking into a party. He set the whole night off on the right foot with his warm, welcoming vibe. Rosie, our server, was the absolute best! She was bursting with energy, cracking jokes, and just made us feel like we were hanging out with a friend. Her menu recommendations were on point, and she checked in just enough to keep things perfect without being over the top. Total superstar! Then there’s Charlie, the bartender, who brought the fun to another level! He surprised us with two free shots for our anniversary, which had us grinning and toasting to good times. His cocktails were awesome, and his chill, friendly vibe made the night even more special. Rosie, Charlie, and that awesome hostess made Pacific Rim a night to remember. We’re already stoked to come back for more of their good vibes!

Unfortunately, the cuisine has heavy American influence, holding times were noticed, water & tea were not attended to until the end of the meal, service was very friendly & kind, however, could not justify the quality of food.

Truly enjoyed the food and service at this place. Jonar was our server and he was at the top of his game. Husband and son got bugers (yeah I know) they were rather large and the buns were delicious. I got the Appetizer platter and it did not disappoint. I think we'd go back next time we are in the area.

Known Joe forever food is very good don’t be afraid to order anything update 8/25 what happened dif you get new cook fried rice wasn’t fried no taste the lettuce wraps the meat looked different and tasted different so sad was my favorite place
