Somebody took my pizza before I arrived. But the staffs didn't any apologize and didn't care about it and I waited there long time again. They need to learn how treat well to customer like this situation.

TERRIBLE service. You walk in and no one asks you what you want they just ignore you. Multiple people standing there and tell you they have been waiting for almost an hour for 2 pizzas.

Every time I order, it comes fast, and is always very hot. If they are out of something they call and let us know instead of just delivering half the order like most places in Hobbs will do. The food is always good. They always give us little condiments too.

My brother in law ordered two pizzas both pepperoni and green chilies only one had pepperoni and green chili on it the other one was plain cheese they wouldn't make it right and was very rude 😑

Look I'm giving this store a one-star review because of one person she looks and acts if she's on drugs and she told me 5 minutes like 10 times asked for the person's name over 10 times and in the end the order took 45 minutes.for a doordash order

I will say to be short staffed you got some of the best employees in this place nice work hard with not having many employees most pizza places fully staffed take longer then these employees my only request gt them some more help and give these hard workers a raise for ones give bad reviews i dont see what you talking about very nice people and work there tails off every day

Honestly an awful experience, I went a few nights ago and it was ridiculous, the manager i beleive named Sarah from what I heard from other customers, was incredibly unprofessional, as some one who has worked in fast food she shouldn't be. This isn't the first time this has happened, overall the other workers seemed to be pretty good especially around lunch time, but night is awful, the manager shouldn't be yelling at the workers and being rude when she's not doing any better what so ever
