We dined in the restaurant the only problem is the people that own Pizza Hut do not serve tea no alcohol a few other things. I don't drink alcohol but to take the tea 😔 I really feel for the cooks and servers we really like the pizza that we orderd the server was very kind. Thank you. They have lots of orders and deliveries the only people in the restaurant was my husband and I. The only thing that's going to change this restaurant is for the owner to change really sad!! 😢

If there was less then a star I would give it. I ordered a pizza to be delivered and the spp said it was delivered but yet no pizza was delivered. So I drive to the restaurant they say no we didn’t get a order and said it was the other Pizza Hut so I driver there and they said no there is no order for you so I pull my bank account up to show I had already paid for it. The lady looked at the store number well it was the store I had just came from so I drive back there explain AGAIN and they said no order ( Mexican lady that suddenly spoke no English) I showed her where I was already charged she suddly reminded that the delivery drive said he had tried to deliver but no one was home RIGHT!! Then hands me the two hr old pizza that had paid delivery charge and tip. I said no thank you I want a refund. Extremely Rude person I will never go back there again

Cheese in the stuffed crust is hardly there anymore. Highest priced pizza around and they still skimp on product. They charge you for condiments to eat their pizza with, and pizza hut wonders why their sales have decreased over the passed 15 to 20 years. Honestly I didnt even want pizza hut. My wife got it because it was close to the hotel. I'd rather eat gas station pizza then pizza huts pizza if I could give a 0 star I would.

My experience here was horrible when I arrived to pick up my order my pizzas didn't have extra sauce and I didn't want to bother and I asked for 2 separate marinara sauces when I looked at the wings they were dry and when we started to talk about the food the mop-up Erika started yelling at me in front of the customers and when I asked for a refund or to refill the food and we didn't even eat the food we finished it and what to throw away. The next day I went to talk to the general manager and the manager Erika was just interrupting and telling me not to speak Spanish and she even called the police but they couldn't do anything because it was a public place and I was already leaving the place. After talking to the general manager she told me that she would call the next day to give me my refund of 100 dollars and I no longer received any calls.

The worst customer service I spent 3 hours waiting for a damn pizza
This place needs to be shut down I placed a carry out order upon picking up my order they charged my card before letting me check that my order was correct just to find it was not and I didn’t have the time to wait for it to be remade. They refused to refund my money. I asked to speak to a manager and got told they do not have one. I never received any food. And now I get to go through the process of disputing the charges through my bank

The food and service was horrible and they over charged us about $40 and would NOT recommend going here??
The food itself was good. That amount of time and effort it took to get it delivered was a totally different experience!! Had to call twice to get told something was wrong with my order. Mind you, each time was a 30 min wait. Food rated a 4, service rated a 1( less if I could), atmosphere neutral 3( ordered online so couldn't really rate) Granted: this was a delivery order, so please keep that in mind

Under Cooked, after asking for "well done" due to orders in past being under cooked... Super easy to fix - Turn up the oven temp or turn the conveyor speed down.

picked up order , didnt get my wings , called and told them abt it still had to pay to get it delivered , 40 minutes later wings still weren’t here, called them again talked to a guy named Gabriel said he was gonna talk to the driver cause they had sent him out 10 minutes ago , 1 hour later , still dont get the wings called again said they couldnt get a hold of me which is stupid cause they always call when they cant find a house or whatever , told them to refund me because we paid for something we didnt get, but said they couldn’t refund me. for sure never ordering from there again.
