Pizza was great I had the smothered meat one ,the cheesy bread wasnt pre cut, had to hear my wife complain. I did carry out and it was delicious and quick took 10/15 minutes. I’ll be going back. Large meat pizza with cheesy bread and liter Diet Pepsi $38

Ordered a pizza and when I pulled up to the window David the guy working there was very rude he threw the card reader at me and said here take it and was being very ugly you could tell he hated being there. He was throwing everything around including my food and drink. He gave me attitude when I asked if I can add a drink to my order, when I was signing my receipt he handed it to me very aggressively and snatched it out of my hand. THE WORST SERVICE IVE HAD😡

Placed an order this evening 20 minutes prior to arrival and waited an additional 30 minutes which was OK because of the amazing Tuesday promo. But what's not OK is when you finally get to the window to be told order is not ready and to wrap back around and wait who knows how much longer. Please do better on the pickup time stated on the app.

Probably just had one of the worst customer service experiences here. The guy working the counter was new and not his fault, but the what would be manager on duty needs to learn leadership and managing skills. Further while we were mid order, just trying to place an order to eat in, the guy needed help so he asked the manager and he just told him to call someone and to help a different customer that was at the drive thru. After some waiting, the manager came back over so we told him that we weren't done ordering and he just said we will have to wait. Well, customer lost and we left. I guess this is just par for Hobbs.

Ordered a pizza and mozzarella sticks for delivery, delivery guy showed up without the mozzarella sticks. (Not his fault)!! Called the store and told them, they said ok we will send him out again. He got back out and they didn't even give him the mozzarella sticks!!! (Again not the drivers fault?!!!! Wanted a refund on my mozzarella sticks. Best they can do is store credit!!!! ABSOLUTELY ridiculous!!!! NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!!!

This place is a complete joke. Their hours clearly state they’re open until 12 AM on Sundays, yet when I showed up at 11:40 PM—well within that time—they claimed they were closed. I only wanted a small pizza that would’ve taken less than 5 minutes, but they still refused. One of the employees, a Spanish guy, tried to brush me off by saying the “other” store was still open. I asked him to call and check, and surprise—it was his sister on the phone, and she also claimed they were closed. Clearly, they just didn’t want to do their job or serve a customer who showed up on a regular hour. Completely unprofessional. If you care about being treated with basic decency, skip this place and go to Pizza Inn. They know how to treat people right and actually value their customers.
For what I got charged it’s crazy they didn’t even try. I paid for extra toppings and they didn’t even come close. Would never order from this Pizza Hut again
