Probably just had one of the worst customer service experiences here. The guy working the counter was new and not his fault, but the what would be manager on duty needs to learn leadership and managing skills. Further while we were mid order, just trying to place an order to eat in, the guy needed help so he asked the manager and he just told him to call someone and to help a different customer that was at the drive thru. After some waiting, the manager came back over so we told him that we weren't done ordering and he just said we will have to wait. Well, customer lost and we left. I guess this is just par for Hobbs.

Ordered a pizza and mozzarella sticks for delivery, delivery guy showed up without the mozzarella sticks. (Not his fault)!! Called the store and told them, they said ok we will send him out again. He got back out and they didn't even give him the mozzarella sticks!!! (Again not the drivers fault?!!!! Wanted a refund on my mozzarella sticks. Best they can do is store credit!!!! ABSOLUTELY ridiculous!!!! NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!!!

This place is a complete joke. Their hours clearly state they’re open until 12 AM on Sundays, yet when I showed up at 11:40 PM—well within that time—they claimed they were closed. I only wanted a small pizza that would’ve taken less than 5 minutes, but they still refused. One of the employees, a Spanish guy, tried to brush me off by saying the “other” store was still open. I asked him to call and check, and surprise—it was his sister on the phone, and she also claimed they were closed. Clearly, they just didn’t want to do their job or serve a customer who showed up on a regular hour. Completely unprofessional. If you care about being treated with basic decency, skip this place and go to Pizza Inn. They know how to treat people right and actually value their customers.

Got my pizza opened the box and there was hair COOKED into my pizza not just fallen onto of the pizza it was COOKED INTO the pizza it’s nasty and disgusting

Horible customer service. It's been an hour and I still haven't received my food. I've called the store, I'm not kidding over 10 times and no answer. This is ridiculous!! I called customer service and they can't cancel my order either.
Update: I was supposed to received my order at 6:52 instead I've called numerous times to the store with no luck it's past 9pm and I don't know what happened to my order?! I finally got ahold of someone in customer service and they said someone from that store was supposed to call me back. Now 10:01pm and no call or anything. I've never ever experienced something like this. Now might have to go to the store tomorrow to make sure I get a refund. What an inconvenience!!!

Very slow…. Was in drive thru for a hour,then finally when I got to the window the lady at the window told me she didn’t know when it’d be ready or how long it’d take , to drive around and come inside…. If I wanted to come inside I would’ve instead I waited an hour in drive thru.. very rude…. The old staff was 100% better at least they get orders done in a timely manner.. unlike these ones…. I’ve been here for bout almost 3 hours

My husband and I ordered a large thin crust pizza with pepperoni and extra mushrooms and a six piece wings on Saturday, November 2nd form the store on Lovington Highway in Hobbs, New Mexico. Waited two hours for our pizza that we ordered for pick up. My husband arrived at the store at the pickup time (which was already a 45 minute wait from when the order was placed) and then was told it would be another 25 minutes. Even though the order was showing as ready on the board, he waited almost another hour! This is unacceptable. There were 5-7 other angry customers in the store, including some who had ordered delivery that never arrived. My husband witnessed the manager of the store giving away other customers’ orders that had been sitting in the oven to another customer to appease him because his order wasn’t ready. I’m no expert, but I don’t think that’s the way to solve that particular problem! The pizza itself is another story. It was cold, and I paid for extra mushrooms on the pizza that were non existent. I have never been so disappointed in Pizza Hut. Over $40 dollars for a terrible pizza and wings that we had to pick up and wait two hours for is ridiculous. Won’t be ordering Pizza Hut again any time soon. Not sure what is going on at the particular store, but it’s not good.
