Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Went in there for lunch on 05/30/25 order my meal and half way through my order found a chicken breast that had a foul smell, took my meal to the cashier who in turn called the manager who told me that is the way the spicy chicken is supposed to to smell , I would never go back to any franchise after this experience

Love that chicken from Popeyes! The food was great classic Popeyes quality with that bold flavor we all know and love. What really made this visit stand out was the man who took our order. He was extremely friendly, helped us get the best deals, and even threw in plenty of extra sauce for free, which was a nice touch.

The location itself is also very new and impressively clean honestly, probably the cleanest fast food spot in the area. Between the great service and the spotless environment, this has definitely become my go-to Popeyes for the area!

Coming from Louisiana, this is hands down the worst popeyes we have ever been to. We were the only one in drive thru and had to way almost 40 minutes for our food. You'd think we ordered 100 chicken breast but it was simply a 12 piece. There was 0 communication until the manager walked outside to leave. We have 4 different people walk by the window with their backs turned to us before they asked us to park and wait. The inside of the kitchen you can see from the window was absolutely filthy and when the kid came to sweep it looked like it was his first time. My two year old is more familiar with a broom. You can tell when you have a good team and people who care, this isn't it. Churches a block east is a better establishment in all aspects.
Sorry to be brutal, but that was our first and will be our last visit to hobbs popeyes

If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited in line 30 minutes to order didn’t even order anything after that.

I ordered bean and rice. The rice wasn't even cooked. My chicken sandwich was old, I've worked in fast food before and this was crap and the employees know what they are selling.

Lmao, is this really fries? Forget about the burger that came with Bacon and I told him that I have allergies of bacon. Everything is dry nothing fresh. The tinders seem to be from last night. People there they okay, but the quality of food is really poor.

If i could give it zero stars i would
The chicken had obviously been reheated multiple times
The coleslaw was acidic and sour very expired
The mac and cheese was also obviously reheated and it the cheese was burnt and hard

Waited 50 minutes for a sandwich, that's ridiculous

I purchased a chicken sandwich. It was great. The customer service was great. The manager asked me was everything ok with the order. And the smile he had on his face made my day. Most fast food restaurants just want to get you in and move on to the next customer.

I thought Arby's was bad, this place is horrible!!! I can't give negative stars, the only reason I gave one star for service and atmosphere is because the manager was trying.

Ordered two meals from the drive through today. Neither of the orders was correct. One was for white meat two breasts spicy. Got dark meat a leg and thigh regular seasoning. Then I ordered a two pc meal with dark regular and got spicy. I had pledged to not go back since a while back we went through the drive through and ordered 2 meals. Got to the window and they told us they only had enough to fill one order. This was at noon. I’ll never go back. The chicken was greasy and little pieces.

Ordered a 4 piece spicy chicken dinner. Chicken tasted terrible. Chicken was dry and taste like it was cooked a day before. I'm a regular customer and never had this happen before.

Terrible. I ordered DoorDash and things were forgotten. In addition, the chicken was chewy because it had been sitting under the lights for way too long. The fries were cold and very little in my order was OK. The biscuits were good I guess but I paid $60 for BS. Don't come here.

I ordered through the drive thru and was asked if I could pull to the side and they’d bring my order out to me soon. 15 minutes later and nothing. I walk inside to ask what’s going on, and see whoever is is in the back putting food together lick their finger and continue to work with food. Cold food, missing sauce, and they seem to have charged me someone else’s order as well, seeing as my total was $32.89 but now I have a second Popeyes charge on my bank statement of $14.91.
