We didn't order any food, just drinks off the Sonic app for pickup. This place is super slow about getting your order out to you and the drinks are always running over the sides of the cups and making the cups all sticky.

Slushie machine been broke for a year.... at least that's what they keep telling me.
Went to pick up some food for my brother. Hit the button twice in one stall, nobody helped me. Heard the stall next to me order. Moved stalls and had to hit the button twice to tell them I had an order. The first time they told me it would be out shortly. 20 minutes later, I hit the button again and they said it’d be out shortly. I waited about 45 minutes to pick up an order that my brother had ordered a few minutes before I got there. At least 5 cars came in after me and left before I did. Terrible service.

I don't know who the owner is but it's aparent they don't care. I have a vehicle that I can't pull up to the drive in part. My vehicle is to high. Normally you can walk up in the middle and order. Not here. Bc you can't read the screens. Nor do try they to work with you. I asked them multiple times then just finally went to a machine myself. They want you to drive in regardless. I couldn't see the screens bc they were so dark. So I had to park about 50 yards away and sit to hopefull If you want to have a drive in then make it to where everyone get my order. an. I have no problem walking to get my order. I get y'all are busy but that is business. I can't pull into your spots I need to order my food at the window But when you do then we have a problem. You're making it to where I can't even order.

Getting a hold of anyone from Sonic seems difficult, luckily no injuries were caused.
Attempted to go to sonic 2 different times within the same week. Pulled into multiple spots with either a broken screen, broke button, or the fact that nobody answered. After I found one that wasn’t broken I pressed the red button as it said on the screen, I sat there for 30 minutes and NOBODY answered again.

I usually stop to get drinks most times are good,but tonight I had the RUDEST girl bring my drinks she practically threw a small container at me. the reason im Posting this is because i usually order extra cherry's in my drinks I get charged but only 1 cherry is in my drink so i decided to ask her if she knew if there was extra she rudely tells me to check i did nothing she gets mad and comes back and that's when she practically threw the container at me. I called they said they would talk to her i hope so i really don't appreciate her AT ALL.

Stopped by Sonic for a quick bite, and the food was great! Everything was fresh and served hot. The staff was friendly and provided good service. Overall, a positive experience. Will definitely be back!

Good place to eat at as always. They finally changed their French fries to Crinkle fries and they are 100% better. And spaced the drive up spots further apart.
